From the moment we walked in, Reda’s energy was absolutely contagious. He welcomed us with such genuine enthusiasm and warmth that we immediately felt comfortable and valued. His customer service was truly exceptional — he was attentive without being intrusive, checked in at all the right times, and made sure every detail was perfect. Our drinks were always refreshed, our questions were answered with patience and knowledge, and his menu recommendations were spot-on.
What really stood out was how much pride he clearly takes in what he does. Reda didn’t just “serve” us — he created an experience. He engaged with us, made us laugh, and went out of his way to recommend great things to do around the city, which showed he genuinely cared about us having a memorable time beyond just our visit there.

Great experience, very tasty burger, great service, chilled atmosphere, only a bit pricey, but is expected for the location.

They had a menu where you can choose your burger fries drink and a coffee. Deciding on it was really fun. All of the food was absolutely delicious and i would recommend getting the lemon peach ice tea it was so refreshing.

Stumbled upon this location was a great choice the food was really good and the staff was really welcoming and attentive to our table! Didn’t have to wait long for the food, we was really hungry and the food was satisfying! The atmosphere was cool! And the decor of the restaurant was really nice! Evening was enjoyed!

Awesome burger restaurant. I’ve been to other branches of this chain and this was just as good. The burgers, side dishes, french fries and the drinks were really really good. The breads were fresh, stuffings were well cooked and the salads were good too.
As expected, it is always full and it might take some minutes for the staff to get you seated. Mostly indoor seating. The staff was friendly and the service was decently quick. The afternoon menus are reasonably priced and the cost is worth the delectable experience. Different types of self-made ketchups and sauces are available at every table. The coffee and hot chocolate in the end was great too!
All in all…a must visit for every burger lover.
