Just disappointed with the value here. Don’t know if this is every Arby’s, but I ordered a large strawberry lemonade & was given a not very large cup that was pretty much all ice. I genuinely had to ask if it was a large and the answer was “for the strawberry, yes.” Not sure what that means. I took 4 sips and the entire drink was gone and still ice to the lid. Disappointed for a $4 drink.

Disgusting raw chicken sandwich. They were kind enough to refund my sandwich price for the trouble of possibly poisoning me. My concern is a child might not have known to stop eating it. They weren’t overly concerned or apologetic.

Had to wait 10 min for food to be brought out. Curly fries were cold, but overall, food was decent.

Let me say that I like my sandwich dirtnasty style and this Arby’s doesn’t disappoint. My go to is the buffalo chicken sandwich and they make it hella sloppy!!! The way I like! By the time I finish my meal there is buffaloes sauce in all the right places. I would give it 5 stars but if I’m being honest there is too many polish peoples around this location.

Just stopped for lunch and NEVER AGAIN. The lady taking my order got it wrong then widow man made us feel like a hassle when asked why. ” im just not gonna argue” then listen when ordering?? Took 10 min for regular meals nothing special. Then threw my food in the bottom of bag. Worse service i have experienced in a LONG time. Do better on hiring process it’s ur job to get the correctly order and be prepared.
