I recently ordered the new pan pizza from this location, and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my order a few days ago—it didn’t come out quite right. I reached out, and Al the manager was incredibly accommodating and professional from the very first interaction.
He immediately took ownership of the issue, apologized sincerely, and credited my account fully without any hassle or questions. When I placed my next order, everything was perfect—the pizza was hot, fresh, loaded with toppings, and the crust was spot-on. Al’s quick resolution turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one, and it really shows the level of care this team puts into their customers.
The staff here is friendly, efficient, and clearly committed to making things right. This High Street location has earned my loyalty—I’ll definitely be back for more of that delicious Papa John’s pizza. Highly recommend! Thank you, Al and the team—you rock!

Yesterday night I came to this location for pizza and a brownie. Food was perfect I’m not sure what the lady’s name in there working by herself but she is amazing not only are you working under pressure but made the food perfect with great customer service. Al – the manager – is THE bomb. He was so kind and funny, my girls and I walked in on Galentines to pick up pizzas, and he was joking with us, laughing, and the food was great. They had it ready for us, no problems at all. 10/10, they came in clutch. AL YOU ROCK!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. First off I ordered a pizza with a lot of topping and when I opened the box it was pep and cheese only. Then I tried to call and sat on hold for 35 minutes til I hung up and called back. They answered this time and screamed in the phone HELLO HELLO and before I could respond they hung up. So I got dressed and drove it in. Once I arrived it’s a very questionable location and the store was filthy. I show the lady working there and she said she apologizes and would make me a new pizza. Did not offer me anything in return for the mistake or me driving in when I paid for delivery. She rushed the new pizza where all my toppings were on one side and it wasn’t even fully cooked. The delivery driver came in yelling at the lady and her back at him in front of me before I left. I had to go home and finish cooking my pizza before I could even eat. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN! Or papa John’s as a franchise!!!

When you want to simply have a pizza delivered after a long day, this is not the place to go. Ordered online at 5:50, expected delivery 6:24-6:34. At 6:15 we noticed the tracker hadn’t updated so we called to confirm the order went through. After four times calling, once waiting 4 minutes, no one ever answered. The tracker eventually updated and we got our pizza at 7:45, two hours after ordering.
The DoorDash driver said he was there waiting for it for 15+ minutes and there were only two employees. Thankfully we’d already placed a Dominos order, because when it did finally arrive the pizza was cold (unsurprisingly), messy, and unevenly cut. The garlic sauce was also opened and spilled all over. Such a disappointment.

Went to pick up my food and immediately asked for a refund after watching a cashier handle money and then handle dough with their bare hands. Very alarming. There’s a lot better pizza places within a quarter mile radius of this place – go there.

I don’t expect much from papa John’s and it being the worst pizza chain and disgusting fat food. If you enjoy this place you probably have diabetes. I ordered this place on DoorDash at 2 am drunk cause I never would eat this poison sober. Anyways this literally might be the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever seen and had. I took one bite out of this goop and wanted to vomit. I spit it out and the little bit I swallowed is destroying my stomach and digestive system. This place should shut down and everyone that works here should sit in a dark room and think about what they have done.
