Watch your step, the floors are as greasy as your week old hair! This is the dirtiest Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The cashier who took our order and got our food had greasy hair and filthy pants.

Last-minute decision to grab dinner late And it was by far the best experience as far as “ fast food” goes. I was waited on by a young man named Brendon. He was not only thorough with checking the order, but he genuinely seemed to be happy to be there. When he made a change to how Part of the order might be packaged. He came out to clarify if that would be OK. It’s rare to find people who are genuinely happy In a fast paced environment. I never write reviews, but I was truly just impressed with his work ethic and kindness. Someone did an excellent job raising their child!

My rating specifically deals with quantity. I only order popcorn shrimp from any Popeyes as it is hands down my favorite.
Tonight, I ordered 2- 1/4# popcorn shrimp, no sauce, as usual. I always have to pull forward because they drop it upon order. Shockingly, my boxes were not right by quantity. I went back thru & she said they have a specific amount…and I said, 1/4# to which she said yes. They went on & gave me another order of 1.
I took it straight home, uneaten & weighed each box. The photos I posted are exactly what I received & the weight of each. I weighed out 4 oz in the final 2 pictures to show how it covers the bottom of the box at a minimum.
A quarter pound is 4 oz. My orders were under 3 oz except the extra they brought out. That order was just under 4 oz. I’m not certain how they have arrived at their specified amount, but 4 oz is 4 oz.
Someone best get them a food scale. My order was right at $12… which is expensive. I have a right to receive what I order.

I am not good with technology but I had called about a family meal and it was a online order only deal and I didn’t know how to order online or from a mobile device so I went into the restaurant and showed the meal deal to a gentleman by the name of Dillon and he walked me thru the process of ordering from my phone since it was an online exclusive meal deal only and he was very helpful and very respectful made my experience there well worth while and I I had a earned to run and he assured me before I left thet when I got back everything would be hot and freshly cooked and it was I pulled to the drive thru and I told them who I was and what order I was picking up and it was exactly like Dillon said it would be it was hot fresh and ready when I got there so I would highly recommend that Dillon be in a manager position very soon or be given a raise cause he has a great people person attitude and when I got home with the food it was very good and fresh so thank you again Dillon for your help greatly appreciated

Their fried chicken are more on the crispy side. The two piece combo are drumstick and breast but I prefer all dark meat. Their chicken tender and biscuits are the best according to my kids.
