The food, service and atmosphere are a solid 10/10! The servers were friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely superb. There were four of us, so we tried a variety of dishes and everything was excellent. The cocktails were perfectly crafted, and the desserts were simply amazing. Highly recommend Mosaic for anyone looking for a great modern dining experience in Guyana!

We went to The Mosaic on steak night. It was fantastic! I have eaten at most of the newer up market restaurants in Georgetown in the last couple of years. Mosaic steak night stood out. The meat portions are large. Honestly, could have fed two people with one order. It was cooked exactly as ordered. Quality was superb.
There was a lady playing a modern electric violin which created the perfect atmosphere.
Really enjoyed this meal. Chef Garfield and all the staff were wonderful.

There was an event held at the rooftop bar on Dec 20th, a Champagne event. The food was cold, the chef did not know what a tostone was despite it being an option on the menu, we were served our food on plastic plates, had to eat with plastic forks, the place was practically dead. Very subpar experience. See picture of the “tostones” we were served.
