Sometime the place has wonderful workers but when then they have people with attitude. Ordered online. Nobody in front of me. 1- I get meanly told that they are still working on the order. I did wait 13 min at that window!!! Nobody was there.
2- I got the drinks with an attitude and mean looks. Great thanks !!! NEVER coming back to this location. The workers at the window are horrible. Does not feel welcome at all. And it is not the first time.

I hate to leave a bad review, but this is my least favorite Starbucks location to go to. I only come here because it’s the closest location to my job. Almost EVERY TIME I do a mobile order, my order is wrong. It’s very frustrating when I have to sit there and have my drink remade every time. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the staff isn’t reading the order correctly? The location is constantly busy, so I have to wait another 5-10 minutes for a drink I ordered 10-15 minutes ahead of time. The worst part is that when you tell them your drink was incorrect, they almost look at you like you’re crazy. I would give it zero stars but I gave two because at least they will correct the order. But that’s kind of the bare minimum.

The wait times at this location are out of control. It took 40 minutes today to get one coffee, and waits of 30+ minutes seem to be the norm in the drive-thru.

I usually order ahead specifically so I don’t have to order at the window, and I place my order before I even reach the drive-thru, yet the wait is still completely unreasonable. What’s even more frustrating is that customers who order at the window are told (or even yelled at) that they should have ordered online — yet ordering at the window is still allowed. If online ordering is required, that needs to be clearly communicated, not taken out on customers.

I understand being busy and try to be patient, but 30–40 minutes in a drive-thru for a single drink is excessive. This location seriously needs to improve both drive-thru efficiency and customer communication.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I really wanted to give this place a second chance. The manager is great when she works drive thru. So I went again today. 7am. Already had my mobile order in. Sat in line for 10mins. When we got to the window it was a new girl who’s attitude was atrocious. Not friendly doesn’t greet you, shoves our 2 drinks towards us and I mention hey we had food on our order. She shoves the rock hard sandwich at me. Stunned I start to drive away and as I’m driving away I can hear this barista screaming have a nice day angrily over and over at us. NEVER AGAIN. Fiddleheads is worth the extra money. Incredibly disrespectful. I wish that experience on no one.

I went in today (10/31) around 8:30 a.m. and ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso and a peppermint white mocha with cold foam. I was with a friend, and we ended up waiting until 8:55 before my two drinks were ready. During that time, several employees gave me looks that made it seem like I was somehow the reason they were behind, which was uncomfortable.

I work in food and coffee service myself, so I understand how busy mornings can get. But what surprised me was how the staff seemed to focus only on mobile and drive-thru orders while neglecting customers inside the store. They even stood around talking at times, despite having drinks to make. On top of that, other in-store orders were made before mine, which was frustrating.

Paying $15 for two drinks and waiting 25 minutes—especially when I arrived early to avoid being late for work—isn’t acceptable. The woman monitoring mobile orders also made me uncomfortable; she kept looking at me even after asking for my name. Given that she saw I had been waiting so long, I wish she had checked on my order instead.

The worst experience ever. Extremely Slow staff, line in drive thru didn’t move for over 15 minutes. As soon as I get opportunity I get out of the drive thru lanes had atleast 10+ cars ahead of me (see photos) I park I front of store and during this COVID situation so many people inside store waiting around for their orders. After approximately close to 10 minutes inside the store get my drink and guess what they mess it up it was nothing close to what I ordered, very disappointing and upsetting experience. The entire staff there including the manager should be fired!!

Ordered two coffees using my mobile app. Mobile app said 10 minutes drove to the window within that 10 minutes waited another 10 minutes at the window for my two coffees. Left Starbucks to drive home realizing both coffees were still warm at the bottom as they were iced coffees and they were both very watery. Turned around went back to the Starbucks asked for r e m a k e s for both coffee’s. I was told that yes they would give me r e m a k e s but I was also scolded and told that my coffee’s were watery because they sat there for 10 minutes. Then I was told to pull up to the window. A n e e s h a was the Starbucks employee that was at the window she was rude right off the bat so we asked to speak to a manager. She turned around and told her manager you better get over here because I’m not dealing with this. There wasn’t any this to deal with because if you want respect from someone you must give it first that’s the reason why I asked to speak to the manager in the first place. And as far as my coffees sitting there for 10 minutes was absolutely ludicrous because we sat at the drive-up window watching them make our coffees. The manager Agnes apologize for her employee but also gave her a pass by saying they are understaffed. I don’t care how many people you have or don’t have working for you rudeness should never be a thing. I will never go back to that Starbucks. I don’t need that from anybody especially after I spend the money that I do on an almost daily basis for coffee from there.

Didn’t get exactly what I ordered. The app said 5 to 8 minutes and it took 15 to 20 and my drink was made wrong in the wrong size. This is a rich county and a rich city. You would think the service would be phenomenal. Unfortunately, it’s the opposite in a city like Milwaukee. You get phenomenal service every time your order correct on time. It’s weird that it’s the opposite……
