Decided to try this place out after last coming here in the 80’s when it was pretty damn good. Atmosphere was pretty nice inside and outside where we ate, had a nice gazebo. My mom ordered a grinder which was awful, while my wife ordered the calamari which was decent. I decided to try the pizza out which was fresh but too light on the cheese. The waiter was mediocre but thats anywhere these days. The margarita was good though. This place has been open since the 70’s.. feel like they are just “mailing it in these”days.

I have been eating at Guiseppe’s for at least 45 years. I love their pizza. Their sauce is the best in Ambler. I have watched them expand over the years and I love it for them. Nice outside dining experience in warm weather.

Would give it a negative star if I could! Went in tonight with family (4) waited 5 minutes to be shown to a table. Waited 15 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us only to be told “ wait, I’ll be back. After another 5 minutes she returned to take our drink order, we ask if they had Coke products only to be told it’s some sort of cola RC maybe. We ordered 2 waters , ice tea & soda. Placed our food order immediately. 40 minutes no drinks, ask our waitress if we could have our drinks & she ignored us. Spoke to manager who could have cared less. Our apps arrive 10 min later still no drinks. After waiting a total of 90 minutes we ask for our check and tell another server to cancel our order. Our waitress finally comes over & gives us attitude. I calmly ask for a bill & she starts giving me more attitude & tells us to just leave. We are in Ambler every weekend will never go back! What a terrible waitress & manager! Family run?? They should be ashamed!

Google is forcing me to give 1 star but that’s far too generous. This establishment was horrendous!! We sat for 20 minutes with no waitress in site. When she finally came over, she was extremely unpleasant and rude. We gave her our entire order and then she disappeared for the entire time we were at the restaurant until we asked for the check so we could just leave. The manager was no help either. When I let him know what was going on he said “oh”. With a blank look on his face. I can’t comment on the food because it never came out. I would not recommend and will never be returning!

I love a place that’s open a little later that’s still selling some booze. The food was good. Pizza was OK, but the mussels pasta was really nice, a little on the saltier side. There was an adorable little ice cream place, too. Great for late night date night dinners.

Restaurant and bar space in Ambler that does an awesome job. Food includes pizza, cheesesteaks, pasta dishes, hoagies, and salads. Food is all great at a very fair price. Pizza is outstanding. They have a takeout side as well and it is easy pick up. Service is very friendly. Recently renovated the space and did a really good job. Informal but nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Tried this place for the first time. I got penne sausage with a side of meatballs. So disappointed. My pasta was hard, the garlic & oiil was watered down and tasted greasy. Meatballs were cold, hard, and the sauce was bland. Our service was good, but definitely not coming back.
