The food is usually delicious, if/when they get it right. There’s absolutely no consistency though, which seems like a management problem. Today’s sandwich was a $9.00 grilled cheese that had exactly 1 slice of cheese. To go orders are nearly always wrong/missing something and service is often ridiculously slow despite ordering ahead.

TERRIBLE experience. Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes, pulled in front came inside and was ignored by the workers. Then a male employee told me food will be done whenever they decide to finish it. You look behind the counter there’s piles of flour and dirt and debris everywhere. Disgusting. Never received my food and everyone working had terrible attitudes, and seemed underskilled at this location. Poor customer service would never recommend. Will be disputing since I never received my food and there was no manager to solve my issue .

We waited 45 minutes for them to lose our food and make us late for an engagement, only to have to argue about getting a refund and letting us leave the restaurant. Will never return, spend your money with a more considerate business

I generally like the food when I order inside, but the drive through and to go orders are terrible! My mediocre “full” salad was the size of a half.. maybe.. there was 1 pecan in it and only 2 small slices of apple. It was filled with iceberg lettuce and tomatoes… horrible! And for the lovely price of $12!!!

Still remarkably mediocre for breakfast. The drive thru was incredibly slow with only one vehicle ahead of me. The food was also meh. The breakfast sandwich was room temp and flavourless. The bagel with cream cheese required me to apply the cream cheese myself… Which is a great thing when you’re in the car trying to drive… Just go somewhere else.

Can’t even get a simple online order right. Got two drinks, both the wrong size. And the baguette that comes with the soup bowl is missing. Damn shame especially since there’s no way to report this back after picking up the order placed online.

It’s Panera so I don’t expect much but I’ve always had to wait 20+ minutes to get food here. You can usually hear people in the kitchen cussing at each other, which is at least entertaining while you wait.

Placed an order online for a bread bowl of soup and a couple of sandwiches, and sent my partner to pick it up. Upon him bringing it home, I realized that I did not receive my bread bowl OR the chips ordered as sides for both his meal, and mine. He goes back to the restaurant and tells them about the missing items. The employee hands him a bag of 4 mini baguettes of bread and the chips. He reiterates that the order was for a bread BOWL, not baguettes. They then say they have none and refused a refund for the $8 I was charged for a literal CUP of soup. Will not be ordering from this Panera again.
Edit: after going back a 2nd time, only received 1 bag of chips because the employee has a serious listening problem.
Unbelievable. Save yourself the hassle and order from West Hartford.

Ordered rapid pickup. Got to the store which was a zoo and after arriving received an email my order was delayed. I waited 40 min and my order wasn’t even started yet. Asked to cancel my order where I was asked to write my name on a piece of paper and they would cancel it once the manager was available. They did eventually cancel the order and a refund was issued. Ill need to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back. Wasted an entire lunch break, never got to eat and have to wait for my money back. I was offered a $15 credit but why would I want credit to a place that cant make a soup and sandwich in under 40 min?

I was at the plaza so thought it would be convenient to place an online order to pick up at the drive through. It was supposed to be ready by 1:40. By 2:00 I still hadn’t been informed it was ready and just as I was about to cancel, I was notified it was ready at the drive through. There was one car ahead of me. It was still elevating at the window for 20 minutes. They left without food do I think they cancelled their order. I waited another 5 minutes before someone returned with my order. I thought it would be quick but wish I had read the reviews
