The lady that waited on us was very friendly. The original sandwich was not bad, but was not fixed as ordered. l ordered the sandwich with no onions, but it had onions on it.
The cosmetics on the inside of the restaurant needs a little work done. Some of the lights were burned out or missing, and the baseboards needed some upkeep.
Overall not a bad experience though.

We’ve been coming here and eating outside for pushing 2 years. The food is always yummy. They have a large selection of drink flavors from their Coca-Cola machine that includes a good variety of non soda drinks. Our food is always made promptly.

My wife and I have eaten here quite often. They have great sandwiches and my wife loves their potato soup. Always greeted with a smile and don’t wait long on getting our food. Prices are good. I give the atmosphere a 4 star because we believe the tables need some tlc. Most wobble. It is kept clean. Parking is good but need to fix the big hole in it. We love to eat here,so don’t let my 2 cons keep you from visiting.

After going through the drive thru and waiting for approximately 20 minutes, someone finally came to the window for payment. I had ordered a sandwich, plain and asked the cashier if they understood that I wanted just a plain sandwich and was assured that it was heard and would be perfect. After finally receiving my order and checking the food status I found that it was incorrect and was made with all of the toppings not asked for. After parking and walking up the main door was locked so I proceeded to go wait in line once again until I finally went to the side door and was able to go in. An employee at the front register was sitting on a stool while on her phone and I asked for a manager. Another employee yelled out “what” across the restaurant and the cashier told her, “this guy wants you.” After talking to the manager, who was smiling and giggling while I explained the issue, I was finally able to get what I wanted to begin with, just a “plain” sandwich! After being a loyal patron of Schlotzky’s for several decades I can sadly say that I probably won’t be back after this experience!

Employees were fantastic and worked hard to get my discount to work. I haven’t been to a Schlotzkys in 20+ yrs. Seemed a bit over priced for a sandwich with not much on it. The tea was great and them cinnamon rolls looked amazing.

I’m a big fan of Schlotzsky’s and have been for a long time. Recently moved to Anderson and what a disappointment this store is. It’s in such disrepair that I couldn’t bring myself to even order on several tries…walked out each time. Drywall broken and missing, ceiling tiles are nasty. Floor and walls are dirty. Beverage station is dirty. This is an absentee franchise owner and management that could care less. What a shame.

Veggie pizza & Turkey club was very tasteful and hot.
My sweet tea had a metalic flavor, wasn’t “true southern” sweet! That medium tea was $2.59, if it were drinkable the price pain would not hurt as bad. Not to mention I had lean around a ladder & 2 buckets to get ice from dispencer.
