This place is legit! Specializes in Pho and seafood boils and had the salt and pepper chicken wings and shrimp as appetizers… to me they were the superstars!!! Reminds me of when I was stationed in San Diego! It’s awesome to experience this here in VA and right around the corner from my house. I recommend!!!

I am loving this spot! I enjoy good clean atmosphere, with good food and good sauces without drowning the flavor of the meal way. The house thai chilli sauce is amazing as always. My wife had the Seafood Pho which is cooked with an amazing bone broth and served with shrimp and calamari *chef’s kiss*. And lets not even talk about portion sizes, because it’s amazing. I have to say that customer service is quick and the staff are very attentive to your needs, especially when you have a grrat server like Asia. The owners come out as well to help serve, talk and interact with guest to create a very family friendly experience. Bathrooms are clean, spacious, right amount of everything. On top of that, they have plenty of room for disabled people to be at table height and enjoy the meal with family and friends. The prices are unbelivable.

I got the Seafood pho (shrimp and calamari) the broth was pretty good! They offered chili oil because I wanted it spicy. It was very good! You get a lot of noodles and pretty good amount of shrimp and calamari. The service was nice and we didn’t wait long for our food! I do think they need to advertise more!!!

Super excited to have a wonderful pho restaurant in the neighborhood! I ordered the grilled shrimp with the ginger oyster sauce and was pleasantly surprised with how delicious it was! Matt, my server, was very helpful with navigating the menu, recommending something other than pho, and was super attentive. ❤️ Overall the food was great, service was awesome and the atmosphere was inviting. Definitely give this place a try!

I was so excited to see this place finally opened… my excitement died when I came in to pick up our food. First of all, a day after grand opening, half of their menu was blacked out, saying they were not available. Secondly, we ordered beef brisket and meat ball pho and seafood pho. Brisket was so thick and tough, inedible, and seafood pho came with beef pho broth… with overcooked shrimp that had no flavor and terrible texture. I’ll include a few photos, and everyone can point out everything that is wrong with the picture on their own. Oh, and worst of all, they had $3 surcharge for using a credit card. I called to order, and no one told me about this until I showed up. I didn’t have cash on me and was forced to pay extra significantly higher than typical 3% surcharge (my order should have been roughly $33. That’s 9% surcharge)

I recently tried this little restaurant for the first time and I’m honestly so impressed. The waiter was right at the door, eager to take my order and seat me directly near the fan. I chose to do take out as opposed to dining in, but I was still given a glass of cold water, which I desperately needed in this heat. I got the chicken in garlic soy and absolutely loved it! They have a similar option, but with shrimp that I have my eye on for next time.

Atmosphere and service were great, but the food was inedible. We ordered a seafood boil with Cajun sauce and beef brisket Pho. The crabs legs for my seafood boil came out first in a bowl. It was cold and the “Cajun sauce” was thick & absolutely disgusting. I’m not one to return food or cancel my order, but I just could not tolerate it. I asked the server to please not even bring the shrimp and mussels for my boil. He took my concerns to management and I believe someone in the kitchen tasted the “cajun sauce” and realized it was not correct, so they removed the entire entree off the bill.
The pho, OMG… a bowl of salt water. We paid our tab and left the food on the table. The same crab boil across the bridge is about $35, while this place was about $60.
This was the grand opening, so we’ll give it another shot in about 3 months and will edit this review accordingly. Until then, we’ll continue to go to Souper Pho in Suffolk.

Me and my family absolutely love pho and we were so excited for this place to open up. Well, let me tell you, what a letdown it was. First, half of their menu wasn’t even available, and they only had two pho choices. Five of us got the brisket and meatball. Unfortunately 80% of the brisket was nothing but gristle and fat, and even the little bit of meat that was there was stringy and difficult to chew. We all ended up with gristle and fat pilled up on our side plates. I eat pho all the time and I know what brisket should be like, tender with a little strip of fat for flavor. I was flabbergasted that anyone could have consciously made a decision to put that much nasty meat in five bowls of food. Had it had been one random piece, I would have understood, but it was ALL like that.

I shared with our waitress, in private so as to prevent other customers from hearing, and she took our concerns to the chef. She came back to the table and told us she had passed our comments to him and then proceeded to bring us the bill. The chef never came out and talked to us. We received our bill “in full” and to top it all off, there was a three dollar credit card processing fee. I expect people and businesses to do the right thing. In this case, they certainly did not do right by the customer. I will never step foot in that place again.
