I placed an online order for later pickup. I arrived at the time I selected. The person at the counter was on the phone with a customer that took a few minutes. When he was finished with the call, he turned to the kitchen staff to convey the what I will assume was the conversation he had with the phone customer. When he was done talking with the kitchen staff, he turned and acknowledge my presence by stating, “pickup?” To which I responded, yes. He said, “name?” I told him. He turned, grabbed my order and placed it on the counter. He immediately turned away and continued to speak with the kitchen staff without saying another word. If I knew the customer service was this poor at this location I wouldn’t have left a generous tip (I added it when I prepaid the order). I waited several days before deciding whether or not to post my experience but it bothered me all weekend. I will not be going to this location in the future. I will be going to the Wiles location.

My first and last time ordering from this pizza place. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with 10 wings with the sauce on the side they took over an hour to get to me and when they did I received a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni. I called in and received a $10 credit. The pizza was cold but whatever. My toddler loved the wings so I called in and ordered another 10 with the sauce on the side because the sauce was spicy and she can’t have pepper. Once again the food took an hour and came smothered in sweet chilli sauce. Didn’t even make sense calling again because I don’t even want the credit. I had to sit and basically wipe all the sauce off so as not to waste my money. Stick with Pizza Hut and papa John’s ya’ll

I ordered a large pizza, cheesy bread and cinnamon squares After paying and tipping I was told it would take thirty minutes . I waited more than a hour for the food. And when I called back was casually told that the drivers had other food to deliver … okay fine. When the food arrived EVERYTHING WAS DRENCHED IN OIL.Even the cinnamon squares it was so bad you should litterally squeeze it and watch the oils drip out . Don’t get me started on the pizza I used half a roll of bounty paper towel and it was still oily . Can you imagine being hungry waiting that long that long only to recieve boxes of OIL?

October 31st 8:50pm. We just had a pizza with mushrooms and green peppers delivered. How did you guys box a raw pie. Picked up a slice totally soggy heavy and the dough was raw wet. My husband had to put it into our oven to see if it bakes completely. We are shocked.!

This Marco’s Pizza location was small with limited parking. Upon entering, I was greeted by one of the employees. I showed her the pickup order on my phone and was given my hot box of pizza within seconds.
The pizza was nicely made with a thick crust lightly flavored with Romasean. Topped with sauce, cheese, and crispy old fashioned pepperoni. I look forward to coming back to try their subs.

Worse than Dominos…all crust..minimal cheese. Very chewy. Only half each slice edible. Salty and just plain terrible. Going back to pizzeria pizza. Never these chains again. My mistake for trying.
