Absolutely hate this location and will never visit again. Came here one other time before and the older asian lady working the front was so stingy with the portions compared to other locations. Came back recently after a two year layoff and the same lady works there!! We should’ve just turned around and walked away when we saw her. However against better judgement we decided to stick with it since we needed something quick. She is still as stingy as ever. Ordered beef broccoli for one of the sides and when a new batch turned over I saw a pile of beef. I assumed she would portion a decent amount. NOPE she only gave 2.5 slivers (see photo). Also the chow mein is dry and doesn’t have much cabbage. I do not recommend!!

I have tried this restaurant before but in another place, but this is excellent because the service. Staff is committed to attending with kind and being patient and explaining the diferente dishes and offers they have. Specially Daniel, a boy who attended very nice. Food is nice and tasty. This place is clean all around.

Arrived at 9:02pm, ordered my food and asked for fresh mushroom chicken since the one on display looked like it was sitting there for hours, and since they had ran out of Broccoli Beef I was willing to wait for fresh string beans chicken and Broccoli Beef. As I was waiting for my food I noticed that they were calling for half orders for everything. The lobby was extremely full and half of the lobby had been closed off. We were all crammed up. There was miscommunication with the staff and kitchen since lots of people were waiting extra for their food. As I was waiting I saw people who had been waiting for fresh food after me get it first. I asked for an ETA and was told they don’t have it started, I was originally told 5 minutes wait but ended up waiting almost 35 minutes due to them forgetting about my order. I had to wait 12 more minutes on top of the 35 minutes since they forgot about the mushroom chicken. The cook hesitated to making fresh Mushroom chicken for some reason. As I ate in the lobby I saw more than 12+ people leave due to no food being ready to serve. It was all chaos and I wasn’t satisfied with this location and due to my string beans chicken to be burnt ,since I didn’t get to enjoy my food, due to my appetite going down from disappointment

The service was definitely very bad. I’m paying for my food, but they gave me a huge portion of rice and very little orange chicken.

went to eat with family got a cub meal and a larger plate. they forgot the fortune cookies and the cub fruit snacks. then upon leaving i refilled the cub meal cup and a older asian man with glasses not wearing a name tag walked up to me and proceeded to say outloud in front of the restaurant “this is the water if you want” and when i asked what he said he said this is the water i proceeded to ask what he means and he shrugged his shoulders so i said okay and when i went to walk away tells me you need to pay for soda i then told him this was a cub meal drink and left. saying that outloud infront of people having them look at me is extremely embarrassing and beyond unprofessional from panda express this man should not be working here acting like that

While waiting in line to be attended, I witnessed the manager yelling at an employee in front of customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and creates an uncomfortable environment for both staff and customers. Managers are expected to lead with respect, not intimidation. It’s concerning that someone who speaks to employees this way has been placed in a leadership position, and the company should reevaluate who they promote to management roles.

Decent place for quick Chinese food. Fried rice and noodles were quite bland and side were quite okayish. Had spring roll which was quite decent . Apart from that honey walnut shrimp and chicken were quite decent. There could have been more taste too good which was missing.

I hate hate hate this Panda Express location. Which is really sad because it’s the closest one to my house. And like the sick orange chicken addicted user I am, I still find myself giving these people my money. Reasons why any other location is better than this one:

1. There’s no drive through. This would be fine if there was ever any available parking for this restaurant. There’s usually parking in the shopping center behind this restaurant so it’s just a hike.

2. They are always either out of or almost out of everything! I’ve gone at all different times if the day and it’s always the same. I don’t even attempt at going in their last hour of the day because there’s nothing left and they don’t care. If you ask for something they’ll tell you no and come back tomorrow.

3. They are so rude! I have never met anyone there that has any desire to be helpful. They yell at everyone like animals, NEXT! GO AROUND! WHAT YOU WANT!

I really wish they’d build another Panda Express somewhere near by so I didn’t have to choose between being yelled at and corralled like cattle to be served old cold food or driving another 15 mins to a better location.

I am not sure why, but every single time I have gotten food from this location yall never get my order right. I always order beijing beef, orange chicken, and fried rice. WHY DO YALL GIVE ME DOUBLE ORANGE CHICKEN EVERY TIME. I’ve gone in person and I ask for beef. The older lady usually makes the plates, and she always gives me double orange chicken. I correct her when she put double orange chicken, and she fixed it to beef. Three times that’s happened in store. Today. I ordered for pick up on the app… can you guess what they did? for a fourth time? Double orange chicken!!! Yall need to fire the incompetent employee because I am not sure if they can’t read or if yall don’t wanna make more beef? I cannot figure it out because the order was on a sticker on the box. It was also on the receipt. And yall still got it wrong. 4/4 times yall have gotten it wrong. At this point it’s no longer a mistake. It’s gotta be on purpose or someone’s just being lazy. Will not be returning to this location because this is extremely disappointing.
