Never got a chance to try the food because I was never serviced, walked in to start to place an order. Looked as everyone was busy doing drive thru orders so I waited…and waited….(approx 10min) multiple employees (including management) looked right at me and no welcome or I’ll be right with you. Just grabbing bags,cookies, fries etc. for other orders. So I decided to leave, first and last time I’ll visit this location.

More often than not at this Wendy’s I get so impatient waiting either for somebody to answer the speaker or sitting in line for my food that I just dip out. Yesterday I was in the drive-thru line for I swear 20 or 30 minutes without actually being served and I had places to be so I had no choice but to dip out despite the fact that I was very hungry.

Went there for breakfast when I ordered my food online during breakfast hours and when I arrived they told me they could not make my food because breakfast has closed but I showed them clearly that the order was put in during breakfast time. They also failed to refund me my money back. Very Horrible Management by there team member Ossie. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS EVER

Just left there. Placed an online order, walked into an empty restaurant, stood there for a minute before I was even noticed. Ticket hadn’t been pulled yet. Young lady began putting my order together. As soon as I grabbed my bag, I knew the food had been sitting for a while. Sure enough, food was cool. For entertainment, I asked if this food was freshly cooked? The response, “You wanted it fresh?” Terrible experience. Probably will never go back there again.

Went in to the dining room. There was a lot of team members working.. Dining room was empty. I had to wait for someone to ask me. “Can I help you?” No one was in the dining room. All the workers were laughing and going about their business as if I was not there.

Usually I dread going to this Wendy’s because of the service and the wrong order, but…
Today, around 11:50am. I did not have any issues. Miles on the speaker and in the 2nd window was fantastic, got my order taken promptly, and ensured that the modifiers were executed correctly.
Friendly smile at the window! Keep it up, sir. 🙂 You’re the reason I will come back for the friendly service and correct order.
The young lady taking payments was pretty nice!
Miles went beyond hospitality, in my opinion.

Floor was sticky, the store smelled bad, not sure if it was because of what was on the floor. The service was slow and they got the order wrong. These are photos of my #1 Dave Double. LOL where are the burgers?

At 10pm not 11pm they waved me off. I’ve worked closing times before. If you close at 11pm expect to be there until 12am. And this is the second place in Waldorf, Md.. to tell me that they are not taking orders even though the company they work for I’m pretty sure expects their employees to work the hours of business to the fullest.
