Mozzarella sticks are disgusting. The flavor and texture is not good. Service was okay until I showed her the little bit of fries they gave me. Female cashier was being a weirdo , guess she was bothered by the male attention I was receiving that I didn’t even want. She really wanted to justify those little bit of fries instead of giving me more fries. A guy waiting in line bought me more fries because he can see she was being nice nasty and that my calmness was about to run out. Fries were okay, no flavor. I wouldn’t come back to this location. Overall , just overpriced.

Came in and wanted to buy some food since I didn’t have dinner, I was greeted nicely by the cashier but the cook puffed and rolled his eyes not only to me but to everyone who came after I did and wanted to order, the other lady who was there was very nice too but the guy! The Charley’s at springfield mall (8mins away) is a lot better & I’d rather drive to that location. This Charley’s lacked organization & communication. Food was out pretty quick but did not look appetizing at all. Their kids meal apparently doesn’t come with anything else but the sandwich.. Would not come back here!

The Philly Cheese Steak is a must!! That isshh is soo good!! Thanks whoever made it that day and thank you Daniela as well!. All food is good here. The size ehhh i am not a fan, wish it was a bit bigger but it is still enough to fill me. They way the package the drinks is questionable one time it was properly secured to avoid entry and tampering and the other time it wasn’t. A bit pricey, so catch em on their deals or a payday.
