Dinner at Fletcher’s was one of those meals where you start planning your return visit before the plates are even cleared. Ruth took care of us and absolutely nailed it—attentive, friendly, and somehow always appearing right when we needed something.
The food was a solid10/10. The salmon with mushrooms and rice was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, and the ribeye with fingerling potatoes was perfectly prepared.
Add in the perfect ambience—cozy, relaxed, and just the right amount of lighting and you’ve got the full package. What a great addition to our Park City Pendry Trip.

Went here the day before Valentine’s Day. I have watched by this place 1 million times and I guess I never really noticed it but I wish I knew about the spot earlier. I’m a big foodie and I can really appreciate the level of service the cleanliness and the ambience in this restaurant. Their specials were pretty good. We got lamb and honestly that made me so happy that they had it on the menu for the day.
Wine selection is pretty good. The server was great and honestly, it was just a great night.
I will say I do like a quieter, low mumble restaurant we had a party sitting behind us that was basically yelling the entire time which made every other couple or family have to raise their voices so it was really hard to hear at some points. Beyond that everything was phenomenal and I didn’t even know they had a downstairs private club scene there, must be a membership club thing. We’ll definitely be visiting again. Probably spend around 300+ for two people but that’s park city pricing for you and honestly I think it was worth it!

My wife and I had reservations at Fletcher‘s the day before Valentine’s Day, and the food and service was spot on. Our waitress, Ruth, was fantastic not only with her knowledge and suggestions on the menu, but also with her excellent service and ability to make accommodations for my wife’s dietary restrictions. The kitchen staff prepared every dish extremely quickly, and the flavor was outstanding. The tuna tower and buffalo carpaccio appetizers were both flawless, and our short rib entrée with butternut squash purée, and asparagus was impeccable. We also enjoyed our drinks: my wife had the raspberry lemonade mocktail, and I had the espresso martini. For dessert we had the coffee ice cream mud pie, and I was honestly shocked at how much dessert it was. They put gluten-free Oreos, chocolate syrup, coffee ice cream, and whipped cream in it and it was delicious! We will 100% be coming back to Fletcher’s based off our first experience.

We visited Fletcher’s during Sundance. It was difficult getting the time slot we wanted, but we were still able to get a dinner reservation 2 weeks before our visit. Service was quick and attentive. We had all the things: drinks, split a salad, I had the short rib grilled cheese, she had the scallops, butter cake for dessert, and more drinks. Our drinks were good and our food was excellent. The service was quick and that worked well for our schedule. We were in and out in about an hour.

Great food and great service, even on a busy Saturday night. The wait for a table was long so we opted for seats at the end of the bar, and a server moved us to a nicer open high-top right away. Husband loved his steak and I loved the vegan entree, a zucchini “purse” with lentils, quinoa, and veggies. The butter cake was the perfect dessert to split – indulgent but not too heavy. A bit of a splurge overall but reasonable, especially compared to other restaurants nearby.

From the atmosphere to the friendliness of the staff, everything was spot on. Since we didn’t have a reservation, we sat near the bar, and it was a joy to watch the staff in action—so attentive and professional. Keep up the great work!
A special thanks to Neil for his helpful meal and drink recommendations. The short rib grilled cheese and beef short rib were absolutely phenomenal—no exaggeration. And to top it off, the pricing was incredibly reasonable, offering an outstanding price-to-quality ratio. We’ll definitely be back!

The food here was phenomenal and so was the service! We had a lot of sides to share along with the main dishes. The buffalo sirloin was to die for and I also recommend getting the short rib. I also recommend stopping by for drinks if you are waiting for your dinner reservation on Main Street. The bar is downstairs and service is quick! The bar was great and had some amazing drinks. They make an excellent dirty martini and delicious pomsecco!!

We ordered a steak as one of the mains, done medium. It came out blue rare, and our server was very nice and brought it back. When it returned, it was overcooked to almost well done. The server and manager were very nice and made it right, and comped us, and suggested a new braised beef dish which was delicious. Although the steak was a complete airball, I appreciated that they made it right and we still ended up with a delicious dinner. The rest of the food was incredible. Thank you for taking care of us.
