Just got a hot and ready about a half hour ago and this is one of the worst looking, cold pizzas that I have ever seen/unfortunately started to eat. Its clearly not fresh whatsoever. Also glad I decided not to get the “chicken wings” that look more like wings from a very sickly parking lot pigeon.

Do yourself a favor and find a different location to order, don’t waste your time for rude lazy employees and undercooked raw pizza. I will definitely have health department out after this incident and then deny to refund my money for food that is not being eatin. Oh and to mention I placed my order to be ready at 6:15 didn’t have it in my hands until 6:50 due to several of their mistakes when making. I really suggest owners start putting foot In door more and seeing what’s going on behind closed doors. Your managers are ruining it for good employees who do wanna work and show compassion along with shutting your business down day by day. Good luck

I got an order of crazy puffs and 2 bags of bread, took over 30 minutes to make when the store was not busy whatsoever. I’m actually still waiting for them while I write this review, it is 12:55 and I ordered at 12:20. At this point kinda just want my money back.

We ordered using our app. Came in picked up order and took it home. Once we got home there was no butter or cheese on crazy bread (just cooked dough) the pizza was undercooked. After calling the store and being on hold for 10 minutes, my wife called the store and said yes to placing an order. Her call was answered right away to where she explained all of this and was told to come back to store and they would start order. Once here (mind you I’m still on hold from the other line that no one answered in over 20 minutes) they knew nothing of this. I am currently still waiting on my order. Will be out last visit with little Caesar’s

Me and my husband had the pleasure of receiving free lunch combos for Veterans Day. I just want to say they have some great young women running the store. The young black lady was fixing pizzas for everyone so fast. They keep saying thank you for your service. I was so greatful that we were recognized for our service. I offer the other lady a tip and she said they couldn’t take tips. I asked why and she said only on credit cards. That’s a shame. They work so hard and I know the pay isn’t great so why can’t we tip them. But thank you the nice lady who service us and the older lady who helped was a sweet heart. She moves pretty quick for an old gal. Thank you guys we appreciate you.

We all know Little Caesars is the cheap way but this location has to be the worst in metro Detroit area. You all can’t even give your customers what they paid for and on top of it the crazy bread looks like plain pizza crust no parmesan anywhere on the bread. If you having a bad day just call off or just get another job you care about doing cause this is ridiculous

Yourself a favor and go to the one on Groesbeck Waited almost 45 minutes for 4 pepperoni crazy puffs that I have had at other Little Caesars a few other times. What I got was definitely not what I ordered. bread balls soaked in butter and parmesan one pepperoni on each zero cheese or at least that I can see. These are so salty greasy and inedible. Thank God I didn’t pay for them I’m throwing them out.

The cashier was a little bit slow and she didn’t really feel like working or dealing with anyone let alone the public.. There was a gentleman in the back i believe Bill or Will they called him. Will or Bill was a very enthusiastic upbeat person with a smile on his face, no matter how busy they got or how many tasks they gave him. Pizza was hot as well as good. If all of the employees were like him, you would have a smooth running Pizza place with a smiling atmosphere.

Cannot update my review, would like to add that when I FINALLY got my food after 30+ minutes that it was cold and had been sitting OPEN in the back, so all the heat escaped it. I watched the lady grab the box. I am pissed.
