The burgers are good it adds to the variety of burger joints you can eat at which I think is a plus. They have chicken and steak finger baskets and they also have crispy tacos which is neat and they are all pretty good. The dining area is a good size and the customer service is good. Drive thru is quick as well. The ice cream is good but they only offer vanilla or dipped in chocolate I feel other flavors would be nice. You can’t beat the blizzard though that’s the must get every time. I recommend the Oreo blizzard. All in all great food plenty of dining space great people.

Called the location to ask if they had the peppermint bark blizzard. They said yes so I drove over. Two people working that didn’t look like they even knew what was going on. Guy walked over to counter, didn’t say a word. Then he walked away, talked with drive through girl, walked around some more then came over and just looked at me. I ordered the blizzard and paid. After five minutes came back over and said they did not have the peppermint bark and did I want another flavor. He said he would have to call his manager in order to give me my money back so I just ordered another kind. Then he walked to back, made the blizzard and just set it down near the drive through. After a few minutes of waiting I had to just call back to both of them and ask if that was my blizzard. And then they brought it over. This was Saturday night crew. Absolutely ridiculous.

This was one of the oddest experiences that I’ve ever had at a fast food place…
First let’s start with the good: SO CLEAN. Everything has been scrubbed. This is a very clean restaurant.
Now let’s get to the crazy:
So I walk in and order a number one. She rings it up and repeats my order “so a number one lettuce only” I said whoa whoa… lettuce only??? Then she informs me they only have meat, bun, and lettuce… now I should have walked away at this point. But Michelle on her second day was just so nice… so I shifted … I zigged..
Steak fingers – out
Chicken tenders – 4 left. I passed.
Salads- nope , none of that.
Fried chicken sammich- nope
Grilled chicken sammich—- YES WE HAVE A WINNER. Lettuce on it only though.
The cook was in the back and Michelle would yell back “We got any xxxx!” “He would shout back “nope!” With a chuckle.
I have to admit the staff was all laughing and I was too. They have nothing. Jack crap. They got zip.
THEY DONT EVEN HAVE TEA
Apparently the supply truck is 2 days late. Hell, I didn’t even check and see if they had ice cream. I doubt it.
The manager personally brought out my chicken sammich. She is a nice lady. The fries were great. The bun on the sammich looked like it had been used as the ball in a game of baseball. But heck, the sammich was ok and I wasn’t expecting it to be.
Cleanliness and very friendly.
I’ll come back in a week and give a new review if they have more supplies.
Btw Michelle, this isn’t the new normal. Every where else in town has tomatoes and chicken and tea.

You only worker showed up late, meaning nothing was ready. Waited in the drive-through for five minutes without anyone answering even though I was the only one there. Tried to walk in but the door was locked. When I finally was able to order at the counter, the ice cream was soup.

We came to dq for some burger and blizzard and we went thru drive thru and said order when your ready took our order wrong and repeated in the window when we lowered our window it smelled like weed even the dollar bills that they gave us and then said to park in the front for our order all the employees where sitting in the dining no customers nobody their and waited for 1 hour, then a guy came inside no dq uniform and hug an employee and kiss and was in the back probably employee bf but worst customer service no thank you no nothing

We went into this location on Florida and Big Spring St earlier this evening for ice cream and I was disgusted by the complete disregard for the customers view in terms of cleanliness. Along all the window ledges in the dining area were dead flies, I’ve attached a few pictures. Throughout our dessert, I saw employees touching their face, wiping their nose, digging in their ear – all while handling food. I asked to speak to the manager about the state of the dining area, the employee I asked came back to ask me what I’d like to speak to the manager for. I explained that the 30-40 dead flies on the ledges was disgusting and it’s a health hazard as well. I, too, work in the restaurant industry and I understand getting busy and peak hours. However, all I got were excuses about why there were flies, dirty tables, trash on the floor, and full trash cans in the lobby.

The crew treated us rudely, without reason, that we could figure out. We were ignored, given no attempt at service, and were not appreciated or thanked in any way.
We tried to put ourselves in someone else’s shoes and continue to be friendly regardless of how we were treated. Working fast food isn’t easy. However, there are plenty of folks who work fast food with an amazing attitude (Sonic on Big Spring is a perfect example of service excellence). We’ve been to this location several times without incident until today.

Paul took our order and was terrible. Seemed to not be listening even in the slightest, very rude, and my icecream is terrible. I ordered a chocolate chip malt and got a vanilla malt with almost no chocolate in it, no more than 5 pieces of chocolate in the entire malt. We also got a peanut butter blizzard and it is not blended hardly at all, there are huge spots of icecream with no topping or anything in it, as well as he just shoved them out the window at us and slammed the window closed before we could say anything about our order and never returned to the window. We could see him standing away from the window on his phone blatantly ignoring us. Terrible service And needs a whole new staff. And I need a refund.
