Went in here tonight had four different guys walked by me from both restaurants and told me to wait a minute. Waited about 15 minutes then finally said something to somebody. The guys were busy in the back eating where I could see them instead of Customer service and it’s pretty sad that this cost $19.03 piece chicken dinner $19. The owner of this franchise should have it taken from him.

This is Harry. He lied to me and said he couldn’t take my order unless it came from the kiosk. I just watched him take another order just moments earlier. Never give up your integrity. It’s easy to loose but hard to get back. Popeyes deserves better.

Ordered from this location for the first time and overall was pleased with the service and food, though I didn’t get my extra order of slaw and got mashed potatoes instead, truly not a biggie! The manager was very quick, my order was ready on time and the staff moved like a well oiled machine. The food was excellent, hot, and fed my family of 7 sufficiently! My favorite is the Cajun fries! The location however was not what I was expecting. I thought this would be a stand alone restaurant but instead found it inside a travel gas station / truck stop across from an adult store. Did not like being there at night as people were smoking hanging around and just didn’t feel safe. Getting out of there is also difficult as you are right next to where I-75 and the 301 are and there is a lot of traffic. Overall, I would go back but not at night just because the staff is awesome and so is the food!

I ordered on the app, once I arrived they told me they were closed while at least 3 people were working and it was 30 minutes past opening time. When I asked what I’m supposed to do because I ordered on the app they said just cancel it but it had already been marked as completed and the app said it was unable to cancel due to the order being completed. When I told them that I was informed that that isn’t their problem and I needed to figure it out! Apparently Popeyes does not have a person that you can talk to only an ai chat that takes you in endless circles telling me that I cannot receive a refund for that order. Even their customer service number text you a link to the same chat and will not connect to a real person…Absolutely ridiculous!!!

When I first walked in, I was ignored for 10 minutes. I eventually spoke up and asked was someone going take my order. I ordered the fish sandwich & first one was burnt, both the fish and the buns. So I came and told the manger KELLY and I was given another sandwich within 30 seconds. Which I think they just changed it the buns and it was still burnt and had extra extra tartar sauce. I Politely asked her can I just get a refund and she said she can’t do that which is very Unprofessional! I do not recommend this Popeyes

They gave us the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. They were about the size of a pigeon instead of a chicken. Although we ordered online in advance, hoping to get a fresh meal, the “chicken” was old and probably cooked the previous day. They also charged us around $2.50 for one biscuit. Do better Popeyes! This was ridiculous!

I love Popeyes and we were so happy when they reopened this restaurant it is an excellent Popeye’s they prepare the food exactly the way it’s supposed to be made the chicken is delicious the red beans and rice are terrific the biscuits are nice and fluffy all the food is great we have two great managers there ask for Harry or Randy when you go there they’ll take good care of you.
It’s in the BP station on 44 just past the turnpike and i-75. They’ll redecorating right now but I’m sure it’ll look terrific when they’re done and this is one great Popeyes I highly recommend

The Tenders I ordered wasn’t cooked all the way, There was still pink meat. People please break your food apart. Don’t just bite it without looking in it. This location is serving raw food. I will not stop here again.

NO!!! Don’t come in here expecting other Popeyes’ experiences. They don’t care what you want, they don’t have it. They are in no hurry. A kind gentleman from the back had to tell someone twice that we were waiting. The girl who finally makes it to take orders is smacking food as she walks up. The don’t care face and attitude was just shining through! They didn’t give us one sauce that was requested. They’re trying to close at 9 PM even though they’re open until 10. As you can see in the photo, multiple people want to spend money. You can also see the cone covering where someone dumped a whole orange drink on the table and floor and they just covered it up. Every table was dirty. 1 person taking orders, 2 cleaning, and no one making the food. You can only order what they have in the pre-made baskets. They gave me 5 spicy wings thrown in a box with an overabundance of sauce. (Not 6, and I asked for plain). When I asked if I could use the app, she said it won’t work in here. I frequently go to any Popeyes when I see one! I will never go back to this one!!!
