My guy Rav needs a raise ASAP! he’s carrying this place on his back— came in for the free veterans meal. Answered our phone call very respectfully, took our order inside and made us feel appreciated. While waiting we seen him serve others and all i can say is he is handling this place really well.. considering how many orders/people and calls were coming through. Rav 10/10

Ordered 30m prior to picking up my order and was in and out. Through that short time the staff was quick to address my order and handed it to me with positive customer service!
Wings were moist and not over cooked, coated well with sauce.

Really disappointed with this location. Service is very poor and food orders incorrect. When calling about incorrect order, I was hung up on multiple times by young restaurant staff. Don’t waste your money here.

I order using Buffalo wild wings app. So much issue with the app from not being able to order the online deals, to the “sauce on side” option not being relayed to the store location.
I literally call every order asking to make sure the sauce is to the side. some cases they say sure, and when I pick up the food, it’s still not on the side…
extra ranch that I paid for are missing from some orders.
paid extra for wings only (no drumsticks) and still get them mixed sometimes.
all the extra charges are not being honored. its a hassle to wait for the order to be corrected, so its get what you get type of deal.
average order is 30min+
some staff is friendly. some don’t care.
inaccurate order 80%+ of the time.
update: 11/24 (9:31pm)
again’ mobile order. called to make sure sauce is on the side. went to pick up and still messed up. never again. not wasting any more time. cancel and got my refund.

Online says they close at 12. I placed an order around 11-11:15.
Showed around around 11:45 to pick it up and was told they don’t accept orders passed 11 and I placed an order for the following day not realizing.
I asked the worker to cancel the order for me. He said he did but I still see the charge on my account went from pending to posted.
I called and tried to get through to a manager on Sunday and Saturday but both days was told the manager isn’t working.
It’s only like 23$ or something like that but it feels like they are just ducking the issue for whatever reason.

Overpriced wings, they nickle and dime you for everything, sauce extra, bones extra, C’mon man it’s just wings. A1 PIZZA across the street is 10x better, bigger wings, better flavors and again bigger wings. Plus they’re family owned and care about their customers. You guys messed up my order once and Uber eats offered me like $2 what a joke.
