Ordered on the app, it charged my card than said the order wouldn’t go through, so I called the store to see if they received my order and they had not. So I placed the order again, and once again it didn’t go through but charged my card. The lady at the counter said there wasn’t anything she could do and didn’t have a number to give me to contact anyone. Was able to finally place the order on my sisters phone, and hopefully the 2 charges will fall off my account. But the point here is if your gonna leave employees in the store without a manager they need to have access to be able to help the customer out

Aug 14,2018 I ordered the same thing i always ordered, Italian herb & cheese, ham/turkey, american, letuce, and tomato, when one of the workers was puting on one of the tomatos i saw them drop an olive and look at it for a few seconds and just cover it with a tomato and give it to me, I was watching them the whole time. I don’t care about it that much but it made me realise that someone could’ve been alergic to something that fell into the sandwitch and that would be bad. In total I give this subway a 5 star for the food but a 4 star for that worker, I dont have their name but it doesn’t matter any more.

Drive down to the one on Bay Area where it meets Galveston. Trust me… it’s so much cleaner, the workers are kind, and always prepared. Unlike this store, they don’t lie about “just opening” when they’ve been open for over 2 hours. They also, unlike this store, have bread ready and make your order correctly as you’re verbally giving it to them. This store was so unprepared (toaster wasn’t even ready), and frankly the worker made me so uncomfortable. He was acting like he didn’t know where he was working. I couldn’t even get the energy to deny the sand which and leave. I grabbed it, walked out, and threw it in the trash outside the door. Also a previous review was correct… they never have herbs and cheese bread.

We attempted to order online but there was an issue with the website taking payment so we had to go to store and order. I had the 6 inch tuna and there was so much tuna on the sandwich, it was wet and dripping out the sides! You could barely eat it because the bottom of the sandwich busted from it being so wet I had to use a fork to scrape some of the tuna off the sandwich to eat it, I also ordered a churro for the first time. This was nit like any churro I have had in my life. The churro was crunchy! I could barely take a bite from the churro it was so had. This churro must have been days old in order to get to that shape. So we tried heating in microwave thinking that would help. It didn’t! I threw the whole churro away. I also threw half of the tuna away as it was so messy. We haven’t been to this subway in a long time and after today, I doubt we will be there again!

The place has amazing food, but when I asked if there was any slice black olive, they said no. That was shocking at first because at Subway, there was no such thing as no. All they had was way too many sweet peppers and hot peppers. I could bearly find anything else to eat because most it was peppers.
I miss my favorite black slice olives.
It was unbelievable and unforgivable that disconnected them.
Looks like I be eating something else for a while.
Special I was in the good mood for Subway too.

I wish I knew their names, but there were two young girls working. One had darker hair and the other lighter hair. They had the BEST customer service out of all subways I have been to. I will go out of my way to go to this subway from now on instead of the one closest to my house just because of how nicely myself and my son were treated. Great service. We’ll be back! 🙂

I ate at this location yesterday. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. I saw him toast it. However, it did not taste or feel toasted. I was on my lunch break I called the store no one answered I went back they were closed. I called the store the next day and spoke with a lady. She said let me get the manager. Then she hung up. I called back (5x) and no answer. I will not be back.

Tried using the online coupon charged card twice and didn’t go through went up here and spoke to employee who basically said there was nothing she could do and no phone number for someone in a higher position. Very mad if you can’t help the customer then you should give information of someone in your store who can help!! Will not return

I think the staff is friendly and inviting. There are 2 ladies that work there and go above and beyond, inviting you to come back. I was there a few nights ago there were 2 guys working they were friendly but kinda mumbled – it didn’t feel like clear, concise communication. Either way extremely happy with the sandwiches we got and the cookies are always fabulous dessert!
