What even is this? A quesadilla or a sad piece of flat bread?
I’m not sure what’s going on at this Chipotle location, but it’s consistently disappointing and today was no exception. I ordered a barbacoa quesadilla, but apparently that now means a thin, flimsy tortilla with barely any meat and a whisper of cheese. The thing was so flat, I had to double-check if they accidentally switched my quesadilla for a flatbread. The portion inside was pathetic. I’ve seen more filling in a snack-sized sandwich. If I wanted to bite into nothing, I’d just chew air. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here either. Every single visit, there’s some sort of problem. Whether it’s missing items, cold food, or poor portions, it’s always something. I would just buy the ingredients and make the food myself because if this is how Chipotle is going to be and changing us full amount. At this point, I’m seriously considering contacting corporate because this is absolutely unacceptable. Chipotle needs to get it together. If this is what they’re calling a quesadilla now, they should at least include a magnifying glass so we can find the meat and cheese. Do better chipotle and give us better portions for what we’re paying for.
Mind you I paid $14 for this meal.

Ordered 3 salad bowls for my family and everyone’s was EXTREMELY salty. I’m a common chipotle customer and have never experienced my food being this salty. Pictured is all I could eat of the bowl that was full because it just kept making me thirsty. Please do better.

Chipotle Chantilly was disappointing. The food came out cold, including the rice and meat, which completely kills the experience. Chipotle is supposed to be fast and fresh, but this felt like the food had been sitting for a while. On top of that, the service was slow even though the place wasn’t very busy. Staff moved with no urgency, and the line took way longer than it should have.
When you’re paying these prices, basic things like hot food and decent speed shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations and this one is clearly below standard. Unless this location improves food temperature and service speed, it’s hard to recommend.

Second time we have issues with our order in less than a month. We ordered chips and guacamole and the guacamole was all black. Never have I ever had that type of issue at chipotle. There guac is always fresh. Not returning to this location that’s for sure

I really try to avoid this place I like chipotle but there always something at this one either the food is way too salty or rice undercooked or the chicken is dry almost like ground chicken Instead of nice fresh cut chicken . The staff always give you a mad look as they aren’t happy to be there.

Dirty tables and floors and chairs. Dirty bathrooms with no soap, dirty soda fountain station, staff is rude and they make an effort to give you less food than others if they don’t like how you look. They have severe attitude problems and honestly the competency of some of the employees is subpar at best. Another thing is, I witnessed multiple times, if you are of Latin origin and you speak Spanish to them, they will Jam Pack overflow your bowl beyond belief and never charge extra for them. I guess it’s time to brush up on Spanish…
