I used to hate coming to this Burger King because my order was always wrong — but I love the Impossible Whopper, so I kept giving them another chance. I’m glad I did! The location has been renovated and looks clean. The employees were friendly and professional (no arguments or personal conversations in the background), which made the experience much more comfortable. And best of all, they haven’t messed up my order in a while — looks like they’re really paying attention to detail now. Nice improvement!

my son has special needs, and we usually like to let him order for himself. He was trying to order the number five and a large Coke and the worker here was saying a ton of rude things and after so long we wanted to hang up, we will never eat here or any other Burger King again as we find this very disrespectful to our son and us.

I have come here four times in the last two months so I waited before changing my original review from two years ago. There’s usually a wait in the drive-through per usual with most fast food places but the service and the food were both great enough for us to keep coming back and here I am on a Friday night it’s 8 o’clock and I don’t wanna make dinner so I stop over here and I am happy to say I will be back.
Im thinking they have new management and employees so I’m a happy customer again

Im not a fan of burger king i never wanna go here but once in a blue moon someone well wanna go try something new and see. And we have done this For many years on and off never experiencing anything good enough to keep us as customers. So we went to Burger King to try the new tacos I get it it’s Burger King and tacos should not be at a burger joint but I digress it tasted gross it was flat it was hard it did not come off fresh or crispy,it wasn’t good in anyway.
Not to mention their service is really bad at all the burger kings but the diamond one takes the cake. The manger lady was so short with me, didn’t wanna explain what’s on a certain burger I inquired about, and worst part if it all was her condescending way of talking.

They do NOT accept or take any coupon from the burger king app. Basically they promote the app and using the discounts on the walls and doors of store but they don’t accept it. Annoyed its 2019 people

i had my driver come down to grab me lunch and the chicken sandwhice bread was hard as heck i called the store ranf 3 times and they just hung up on me i talked to the manager pauline and she tried to act like they didnt just hang up on me im trying to call now and no one is answering so now she answered when i called like four different times she asked for the recit i told her i would have to find so now that i found it to call her back now she says she remebers my order but when i talked to her earlier she said so many orders for chicken sandwhice comes in daily she donesnt remeber when i asked for her GM and now she remebers the order? now i will have to miss lunch at work because they giving out old bread thats hard i work 10 to 12 hours a day and when i send my driver to get food thats the only way i can get it while working now i cant have lunch because im not eating a hard bread she needs more training on customer service because her service was really poor over the phone

Long wait, got almost every part of the order wrong. Cold food, wrong drinks, asked for doing sauce, received none. Unfriendly service. Take a look at the picture at how little sauce is on the chicken sandwich and only one sad little pickle.

The service is hit and miss, but I’m used to that in fast food restaurants. The real problem with this location is the franchisee. This restaurant hasn’t been updated in 20 years and it shows. The dingy, dirty interior and general lack of cleanliness make this one of the worst BK’s in the United States. The lobby is so disgusting I don’t even want to know what is going on in the kitchen. Disgusting.
Edit: I tried to visit this location yesterday evening after a long hiatus. The sign on the door says the lobby is open until 10pm. I tried tp go inside at approximately 8:30 PM and the door was locked. There were 3 employees standing at the counter and zero other customers. The employees just stared at me when I tried to to go inside. I left and I’ll never be back. I’m absolutely fed up with these filthy, disgusting restaurants with terrible service.
The franchise license should be revoked.
