I had arrived at the airport the other week and tried to get a quick $5 lunch from McDonald’s, so I walked down and found that the restaurant was under construction. I then walked back to my gate for a different meal option. In bright lights I had found a different meal choice. Manchu wok stood out for convenience, and I was assuming that it would be a knock off of Panda Express. The prices were very high, $16.95 for a side and 2 entrees. I ordered orange chicken, something else, and half and half rice and chow mein. I had payed cash, not given a receipt, grabbed a fork, and rushed to a table to enjoy a nice meal. After the first bite, the chicken was not at all like Panda Express. It was cold, soggy, pale in some spots, and chewy. I started to eat the noodles, and they were warm, but not hot. They were very oily, and lacked any flavor. I moved on to the rice and started to eat it quickly. It also lacked flavor, but was the best pick out of the meal. I ate about 15 small bites as the rice would fall off of the tiny disposable fork repeatedly, and then a final bite. I had bit down on something extremely hard on my back molar. It felt like the size and consistency of a pebble, piece of gravel, or possibly a hard and dehydrated pea, which seems to be the most likely cause, but it was very hard and I had to spit it out. It ruined the meal. I went back to explain the situation and to get a refund, and one employee would talk to another employee in a different language, then she asked me when I purchased it and where my receipt was. I told her 8 minutes ago, and it was with you personally, and “you don’t remember me?” She said no. She did not ever give me a receipt, and I had paid cash. She then whispered to the other co worker in a different language, and then he stated that he cannot give a refund , as the manager was not present, but offered me a free drink or another meal. I looked at him like he was crazy, shook my head, and stated no. I had walked away at that point with a temper due to the fact that I had tried to notify them of a health and safety concern for their food, and that they better pull their whole current batch of rice before someone else breaks a tooth, and that their food is not edible, and they try and offer me another plate? As if I would be able to trust them making me another meal? Please never eat here. They could have made it right and returned my money. I had only eaten 1/3 of the food, and returned it to them. Most will eat there only as a first and only time, with it being inside of a busy airport, which keeps their lights on, but if anyone reads this beforehand, just go spend your money at a different airport restaurant that cares at least a little about customer service, price, food safety, flavor, and product appearance. The employees did not care. They were just zombies with bad attitudes and high defenses.

Food was decent. Way overpriced but okay. Customer service was a 0 at best. Would I return….nope. i don’t go to places twice in which i am just a $ sign. I’ll spend elsewhere….

Got the two-choice, which was honey garlic chicken, and they only gave me one egg roll. The egg roll was soggy and tasted horrible. The honey garlic chicken tasted good. I wouldn’t have any complaints if it was warm. It’s coolness made me think I was tasting leftovers. Texture of the chicken is horrible as well.

the food/orange chicken was all-right. Overall, the food did seem kind of high in sodium. Chopsticks, utensils, napkins, etc were all located on the outside, easily accessible. only thing I didn’t like was the cashier didn’t give me 4 pennies for my $1.89 change! Lol

Stopped here today because it smelled good, and was hungry before my flight. The food was alright. The noodles were the best part. The orange chicken didn’t taste anything like orange to me.

Avoid this place at all cost. Less than half of my battered chicken was just batter. I went to complain about their quality, and got an individual serving of chicken. Still horrible quality. Do better and you will have more customers.

Awful stuff. Tasteless something which they say is chicken, but is very difficult to chew and swallow. Obviously, employees don’t like their job. No wonder considering they have to serve that. Unfortunately, there are not many other options around if you are changing flights and need something fast. If you have more time, go elsewhere. There are some tables around the corner if you decide to eat it.

Not going to lie, I was kind of disappointed at this place. I mean, I know it’s fast food at an airport, but my orange chicken was so dry that I found it hard to swallow. The beef and broccoli was actually decent and really moist and the fried rice tasted like your typical fast food Chinese restaurant fried rice. Not the best, but it’s edible and if you’re starving obviously it’s something that can help ease that. Not sure I’d eat here again, though.

Does this airport have anything other than overpriced trash? This place is like a really, really low quality chinese buffet style takeout (mix and match 2-3 dishes), except its like 18 dollars for a box and a pop.
