I try not to leave bad reviews but I feel like this establishment just doesn’t care at all. I’ve been a couple times now and each time it gets worse. Tonight I placed a uber eats order and although my delivery was smooth through uber the food I was presented was inaccurate and sorry to say, disgusting. I ordered a 8 piece family meal and received chicken tenders that were uncooked. RAW chicken! I couldn’t believe it. And two biscuits, the Mac n cheese tasted old. The only good thing was the mash potatoes but even the gravy had clumps of something in it. I may steel clear of this place until they get new management. Hopefully soon because I do love the brand. It’s just unfortunate this is the location nearest me. Also I’d like to point out that I do normally go in person and every time I go even if I’m the only person I get parked and it takes them ages to bring out food that is not even fresh.

Came here instead of the Magna location based on reviews.
Ordered a bucket of chicken with a coupon in the drive thru.
Food was hot and fresh and service was quick and polite on a Sunday afternoon.

Would have given 5 stars but my bucket only had 8 pieces. Four thighs and four drums. Coupon said 9 pc. Other than order accuracy, this place is great. Way better than crap-eyes.

Worst service I have ever had in my life. I placed an online order totaling $85 and sent my daughter to pick the order up. When she got there the manager told her that the order had been canceled and she would need to repay for it if she wanted the order. The manager charged her an additional $95 for the order and by no surprise both charges posted to our account. We ended up paying $170 for $80 worth of mediocre food. Additionally we had missing items and several items were so old they were not even edible. When we called about the missing item the manager told us that nothing was missing and hung up on us. He also dug through our food with his dirty bare hands. Worst of all this manager was extremely rude and screamed in my daughter’s face while she was at the restaurant picking up the food. This was supposed to be a nice surprise for my pregnant daughter and family and instead she left this establishment in tears, having double paid for food that was terrible. If you go to KFC avoid this location. Me and my family will never waste money at KFC again. I should have read reviews for this location before ordering here because they seem to have a habit of stealing from customers, providing horrific customer service and leaving items out of peoples orders. It is a shame I have to even give 1star in order to leave a review.

This is the best KFC I’ve ever been to. Food was hot, manager/general manager is all over the guest service and salesmanship. The hottest most flavorful biscuit I’ve ever had and I eat a KFC at least three times a month. Keep doing what you’re doing, and I will make my regular stop.

First of all. Juan gets a bonus. The high school senior that works the night shift. We walked in and it was coming close to closing. He was sweeping the floors and taking orders through his headset. When he wasn’t, we made small talk with him. Such a good kid and he have some really good customer service. So yes, give him a bonus.
The food was good. We ordered that new party box or filler box or whatever. They didn’t have the actual box to fill up so they just bagged everything up into bags. I would’ve liked to experience the box though. Lol but all good. All in all, food was great, service was great and experience was excellent.

The staff was quick and polite. I thought that I was going to have to wait extra time because another customer was stressed out regarding an online order. I told her to let the staff know that she was here and we were both taken care of right away.. The people who were working that day went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of quickly.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and asked for no pickles on both sandwiches. I also asked for sauce and she told me she would get that at the window. They then parked me for 7-8 minutes waiting for food. I get home and there were pickles on both sandwiches and no sauce in the bag. Now I get to eat pickle flavored chicken sandwiches. I hate pickles. 1 star!

Last minute decision and stopped here for a famous bowl. The potatoes were a little chunky and they could have put a little more cheese in there like they used to. They usually put more corn than they did today.

It must have been an off day because we waited 28 minutes in the Drive-Thru for one item. Part of the wait included us being told that we had to wait for corn to be cooked.

If I was a part of the management I would have reimbursed the customer (me). I would have won even further and offered a gift card for a future visit.
