Went to get an order picked up and was assured everything was there. Boxes were externally checked so it was assumed the described food would be in. Nope. All they put in was chow mein. The server didn’t fill in the “prepared by” so the manager had to check the cameras to see who it was. The undeserved tip couldn’t be refunded. And wow, no fortune cookies? We came to benefit an organization but next time we’ll donate it straight and go to organization. The only good thing was that they refunded us for the plate after we made it very clear we weren’t driving back down and had no interest in credit.

It’s nice for panda express.The employees are polite and professional. If they forget something just politely remind them at times it can get crazy busy for them. It’s priced the same as all other panda’s. Heads up you will need a code to the bathroom.The employees will let you know if you ask.

I’m a hospital employee and decided to go to Panda Express for lunch. I ordered myself a plate with Steamed veggies and 2x grilled chicken as my entree. However, this is the food I got… burnet chicken and soggy veggies. This is horrible and I’m very upset with this order. Unacceptable.

So, it’s not the first time, I order from here it’s the closest Panda Express we have it sucks because I have to order from here again only ordered because my mom loves Panda Express! I was already thinking about what was going to happen not the first time. They already missed my Cheese Rangoons that cost $10 dollars and only got 5 dollars back from DoorDash. And again it happened but not a lot. This time it was on my plate that they forgot my chicken teriyaki only put the orange chicken on one side and double white rice but forgot chicken teriyaki…. Not impressed dissatisfied.

I need to be compensated and heard. I left negative feed back already on the survey but as much Panda Express I pay for because of my autistic son loves it. I never had the experience I just received the team wasn’t detail oriented. My son who was extremely hungry didn’t receive his items and was very sad. I ended up taking photos of the plate and calling the store and making a complaint I asked how it could be corrected they told me to drive back 20mins so I can have the plate remade while my food got cold at home and my partner ate his because he was hungry. They told me my only option was to get the plate remade or getting a refund of the one plate out I have to take the original plate with the original receipt I think that’s unrealistic and needs to be corrected. In and out has an amazing customer service. And the amount Panda Express makes should do better. I need someone to contact me asap!

Quality here is very spotty. Last visit, all of my vegetables were severely undercooked. You can clearly tell visually that the vegetables are practically raw, so it seems like the cooks aren’t paying attention? (Raw onion for reference)

This is usually my go-to location for panda. But today the orange chicken, which was mushy, dark colored, and overly sweet, gave me a stomach ache and a trip to the bathroom. I knew something was wrong when I chewed the first few pieces cause it tasted different from my twenty years of eating at panda.

This Panda Express is located within the Del Amo shopping Center.The lady who served me was extremely friendly as we exchanged a few words.Their selection of entrees was good.They had their famous Fire Grilled Shrimp dish as well as some grilled chicken cutlets that I was told that I cold put terriaki sauce on which I was given several packets of.That was really good. I loved this Panda Express because their servers and service goes beyond good.I will be back there for more.
