Our server was Cynthia – very attentive!! I like Cheesecake Factory because they have a varied menu and are consistent. I tried the Triple Berry Bliss cheesecake and it was delicious!! The portions for any meal they offer are huge!! My Cobb salad could of fed 3 people!

I recently placed an online order on my birthday, which came with a promotion for a free slice of cheesecake of my choice. Unfortunately, there was a glitch on the website that wouldn’t let me add the cheesecake to my order no matter how many times I tried. After several attempts, I decided to complete the order without it and planned to mention the issue when I picked up my food.
When I arrived at the restaurant, I explained the situation to the cashier, who was very understanding and immediately reached out to the manager. I explained the issue again, and he was extremely kind and helpful. Without any hesitation, he honored the birthday promotion and made sure I received the cheesecake I couldn’t add online.
As someone who has been a loyal customer for years, I really appreciate how smoothly the pickup process always is and how friendly and attentive the staff continue to be. Moments like this are exactly why I keep coming back—great service, great people, and a willingness to make things right. Thank you for turning a small hiccup into an excellent experience and for helping make my birthday a little sweeter!

This place gets very busy. Wait times can be long. We were in a crunch and only had about 90 min. We found immediate seats at the bar and ate there. Great service by bartender Mike. He got everything right. Fast service and we were able to be in/out in 90 min.
Food was delicious as was the cheesecake. Atmosphere is quite loud. Overall, great experience.

Always my favourite American restaurant and I have never been dissapointed.
Always very friendly staff very patient while you decide through 100+ menu items on what you will eat. And the comes the 20+ cheesecakes to choose from that usually take a couple days to eat because the portions are pretty good

We love going to Cheesecake Factory when visiting the US. Always delicious and always have great service. The complimentary brown bread is so good! We shared the spicy rigatoni vodka and the white chocolate raspberry truffle cake. We find sharing a meal and cake to be the perfect amount of food since the portions are quite big. The pasta was delicious but not very spicy if you like spicy food. The cake was also amazing and highly recommend that flavour.

Our family ordered food which also includes one pizza, our waiter informed us earlier on that the cook unfortunately left it in the oven a little too long and burned it but a new one was being made, the manager also came over to explain too and offered to take it off the check while we didn’t even complain and were happy to wait.
Huge applause for the manager and staff here. Will be back again when we visit Anaheim next time

I’ve been to the Cheesecake Factory in Anaheim several times, and the food is usually good – this time I had the Avocado Club Sandwich on both of my two visits.
However, the service experience has been very inconsistent.
Two days ago, I had an excellent experience with a blonde, curly-haired waitress who was extremely friendly and attentive. We even had a nice chat, and I truly appreciated her warm and professional service, and her kind words about „my accent“ ☺️
Unfortunately, the very next day was the complete opposite. The hostess ignored me while she was on the phone, and when she finally seated me, it was done with rolled eyes and just a cold “follow me.”
Later, someone delivered my food by almost (and literally) dropping the plate at the far end of the table without even making eye contact – simply saying “Club Sandwich” and walking away.
The waiter assigned to my table was polite and friendly, but overall the experience was disappointing.
It’s a shame, because the potential is there and I know Cheesecake Factory can do better – I’ve had great experiences at other locations. But consistency in service really makes the difference, and that’s where this restaurant fell short.
