Order Siam Thai Cuisine – Apple Valley – DoorDash
Reviews
Now, onto the food…everything I ordered was absolutely delicious. I had the Yellow Curry with Chicken and Potatoes, served with a side of rice, and it was bursting with flavor. The curry had just the right level of spice and richness, and the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked. The potatoes added a hearty, satisfying touch to the dish, and the portion size was generous without being overwhelming.
I also tried the Veggie Roll, and it was fantastic. What really stood out to me was the dipping sauce that came with it…it was incredibly flavorful and complemented the roll perfectly. As a finishing touch to the meal, I had a Thai Tea, which was smooth, refreshing, and balanced the spices of the meal really well.
Overall, I have nothing negative to say about this place. From the cleanliness of the space, the friendliness of the staff, to the quality and flavor of the food, everything exceeded my expectations. This visit definitely won me over, and I can confidently say I’ll be coming back again for sure. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area and craving Thai food done right.
Waitress took our food orders and we clearly ordered apps and then entrees.
Food came out all at once (except my meal) instead of how its traditionally apps first.
Food and wine was very good though. Very authentic and tasty. I asked for spice and they delivered. They also had a Thai condiment rack which was great because lots of places don’t usually have this!
Overall I would get food here again because it was so good yoy just have to be patient with the service! They could deff benefit from hiring someone else though to help with the to go / take out orders since it seemed to be pretty hetic for them to handle with just two people.
Fave foods: Wonton soup, Thai Tea, Pad See Ew Noodles, & Fried Wontons.
Still my preferred Thai food in the high desert. No skimping on the spices and herbs for big flavor. This time we ordered fish cake and chicken satay, which is one notch better than the new one on Hesperia main Street.
Tom kah soup medium was the best dish for the evening. It can be argued it’s comparable to North Hollywood.
Pad Thai was to their usual standards, not too sour or sweet. Both highly Recommend.
Pad see ew at medium was a hair spicy for my preference, but full of flavor. So was the pepper chicken fried rice. They respect the tradition that some dishes are spicier than others. Those with very sensitive palate may want to start with mild then crank it up next time.
When they found out we were a birthday party they provided complimentary Mango sticky rice dessert, singing “happy birthday to you” all the way to the table.
Overall firmly recommend. I rate it the number 1 Thai spot ahead of the newly opened Bangkok broiler. It’s good chow at fantastic value. Pad Thai is $13 when it’s easily $20 down the hill.
2022:
taste changed a little since reopening. New owners(?). Yellow curry was good. Overall recommended
In Apple Valley… lol Little cute house, delightful! Spicy HOT chili! More and more… HOT!!!
Main course; Pad Thai!
Never a GOOD!!! The BEST Thai Cuisine; 10/10!!!
Happy friends, happy life!!!
We went there with our kids on our way from Vegas to San Diego, and kids loved the chowmein and tom yum. We had dietary restrictions and the lady was very friendly and walked us through their vegetarian options.
We will definitely come back next time!! Happy Holidays!!
I returned for a visit with my son and forgot to update. He had the orange chicken and said it was flavorless. The place was busier and it took a lot longer to get the order in but I don’t mind waiting for fresh food. I tried the pad Thai and I was not a fan. I should have stuck with the drunken noodles.
However, I had not been in the bathroom during my first visit and I left the bathroom with my shoes sticking to the floor. I wondered how clean their kitchen is but the B rating solidified my wonder and I probably won’t return until they have a cleaner, food safe facility.

My first time visiting this Thai location and I was not let down, everything was delicious and well priced. I am a huge Thai lotus fan for many years (and this felt like cheating) but I do understand the competition, it’s a good thing these locations are spread apart!
I LOVE drunken noodles, Pad kee mow is one of my favorites. I added extra tomatoes but forgot to ask for my veggies cooked well. The spice is good and if you want more they have dry spices you can add at the table. Amazing!
I also ordered the orange chicken lunch special. It came with a soup and an egg roll. The chicken and rice soup had a slight lemongrass flavor to it and it was absolutely perfect. The egg roll was not my favorite. The orange chicken was perfectly cooked and delicious, the flavor was reserved and not overpowering. The rice looked pretty plain but was packed with flavor I was not expecting.
My total bill was about $23 after taxes and it was a lot of food. And to add, the wife screaming at her husband in the kitchen made for the experience and authenticity!
