Our first time here was an in store visit. Sticky tables, trash was full. Nobody else eating inside. Found the coke machines were missing syrup in 3 different drink fountains. Food was cold. Decided we would wait to come back.
Fast forward 5 months I go through the drive through. Spent over $40 for 2 kids meals and 2 Frisco burger meals. Fries were over salty and cold. Both Frisco burgers were missing cheese, onion straps and the sandwich wasn’t even warm. Dr. Pepper had no syrup. Awful. We returned everything for a refund. Such a sad state of what has happened to a once good franchise

Ordered 2 Frisco burgers. We were extremely disappointed by what we received. Burgers were on buns instead of the delicious sourdough. And no bacon insight. It’s 1 hr round trip. Very very disapointing!! Crissy

We have lived in clover for almost 2 and a half years never been here. Drive thru was a very long wait. When we got our food my burger was cold and the bun was very soggy. My husband bun was very soggy not sure if I’ll be coming back here

Cashier not friendly at all, noone wants to be at work but you shouldn’t act like the customer is bothering you by coming in to order, watched someone else come in and he stood at the counter to order and nobody even acknowledged him so he left, theres too much standing around talking by the employees

I have to honestly say I would rather eat at Hardee’s then McDonalds, but my experience at this particular Hardee’s even tho they are friendly, has been bad ones either they for get some of my order or its wrong or cold food, and it’s not like I order something hard, usually cheeseburgers ket,must only or plain hotdogs ,I could kinda of understand if what I was buying was cheap,but when I spend hard earn money and spend almost 45dollars on a meal I expect it to be right, I also work in the food industry, people dont want to throw good money down the drain, guess even tho its farther away I start going to cook out

Your hours of operation for Sunday say open at 5:30. I pull to order and there was a staff member outside and about 20 ft away seen me waiting in drive thru waiting and said nothing. I finally ask are yall open and she and another come across the speaker saying they don’t open till 6:30 on Sunday. Need to update your hours online for Sunday.
