Located in the heart of Cocoa Village, REC 225 is a place that brings friends and family game night together with an American staple. We have a vast array of different types of activities in the space, REC 225 looks to take you away from the norm and get you moving while eating and drinking. Inside the space we offer, delicious eats, cocktails, and beers plus a long list of games for everyone to participate. We have indoor corn hole, pool tables, darts, and shuffle board plus every table has a board game menu, where you can choose from over 15 classic games. Come join us soon, we are family friendly until 8pm, and serve food until close. We look forward to serving you!

huge fan of this bar. it’s casual, fun, and the food is really good. they’ve got a bunch of card games, connect 4, and even a real dart board (not one of those electronic ones most bars have now). you honestly can’t get bored here, and it’s way too easy to end up staying for hours.
i was also lucky enough to meet james, the owner. he was super nice and really personable. he informed me that they actually host events, and honestly this would be the perfect spot for birthdays, work happy hours, or any kind of celebration. i’m already thinking about booking it for mine.
i’d recommend it for a fun date night, a night out with friends, or even going solo if you’re trying to meet cool people. the bartenders were super attentive and always made sure i had a drink. definitely one of those spots you keep going back to.

We came here on a whim on a Monday night. The vibes are great, very chill atmosphere. Food is pretty good, too. You can customize your sandwhich like crazy which is awesome! (especially for just being like a dive bar kitchen)

This place is great! Its a fun place for starters they have lots of games and a pool table. Its a great place to bring family if you have a lot of different ages to appease. As for the food its divine. I loved the toasted brie, do try it if your in the neighborhood. Everyone loved there food and the appetizers were exquisite. They might be a little slow with the service depending on when you go because there may not be a lot of staff. This brunch spot is hugely under looked and its definitely a diamond in the rough. You won’t break the bank eating here. I would go back if I frequented the area at all.

Awesome bar/grill/gameroom right next door to Bugnutty Brewery in historic Cocoa Village! Huge space (in an awesome historic building) with lots of cozy seating and games, games, and even more games. Darts, cornhole, Foosball, giant Jenga, giant Connect Four, video games, giant Scrabble, billiards, and more board games that you can count. Full bar and great HH and lunch specials. Great spot to hang out and a great staff to take care of you while you do (shout-out to Tim!). Full menu (love the Buffalo Chicken Tots) and an awesome weekend brunch. Kid-friendly during the day, but get a babysitter after dark! A must-stop while bar-hopping around historic Cocoa Village!

Delicious! We did an impromptu fun night out with the kids. Simple yummy food and fun games made our night so relaxing and fun. This is more than a bar and family friendly until 8pm. The roast beef dip sandwich was a piece of heaven! I’m going to dream about that sandwich. Come enjoy a great time with family and friends!

Seems like a really fun place to hang out. We met up with some friends there. Had some drinks, played some games, and others had some food. The pineapple cider they have is one of my favorites. This place is very low key and laidback. We were there from 5-7 pm so it wasn’t super busy. The service at the bar was quick. Just wish the bathrooms were a little better maintained (one of the stalls was out of order and in order to flush, you had to reinsert the handle on the toilet).

I’ve been living in rockledge/cocoa for about 2 years now- been a Brevard Florida local my entire life. I’ve been to rec 225 multiple times and the service here has always been average. Not bad, not great. Just okay. Tonight was the first time I’ve seen Laura and I don’t ever leave reviews unless I’ve had a good experience and tonight I really did. Laura was by far the best bartender I’ve had here. I didn’t like the sour mix they had here in my whiskey sour and she offered to make me a new drink and discount the one I just had. She insisted to make me a new drink and curated a drink all herself asking my likes and dislikes to be sure I would enjoy it. I know that seems small but in this day and age customer service like that isn’t seen anymore. Thank you Laura!❤️
