Well, I almost left on the approach when I saw the lobby was closed due to “Lack of Staffing” but couldn’t pass up the two for $7 Fish Sandwiches. The order was ready in just a few minutes with hot fish and cold curly fries placed haphazardly in a bag with no napkins, no condiments. I ate in my vehicle in the parking lot and remembered why paying $13 for a meal like this isn’t the greatest idea.

Would get 5 stars but my online order was messed up. The only redemption was the manager Autumn. I let her know what was wrong and she insisted on making it right. I was hesitant because I didn’t want my food spit on…we all know it happens. I just wanted her to be aware that even online orders don’t stop stupid. Anyway…she was great and fixed my order. Not sure if I’ll be back, but if I am, I hope she’s working. Thanks Autumn!

I came in today on October 14, there was only one girl working up front. Her name on her shirt said jordan shift manager she was awesome had to wait alittle bit for my food but it was hot and correct you would think this place would hire more people so this young girl wouldn’t have to do both stations at once that’s hard on anyone

Spicy tendies always saving the day. Being pregnant this is the ONE thing i craveeeeee. Every time i come here they are so hot and fresh and everyone is so friendly! Love a good late night snack.

I would NOT eat this slop and dry burgers on a bet. Only parked in their parking lot to meet a friend, so we could drive together to a nearby Bluegrass concert. Thanks Google, for an opportunity to run down the worst burger joint in the country. How is this chain even still open?

Ordered via app. Bogo tender day. Was supposed to get 12 strips. Got to them at 4:30pm. Was told closed. I said I ordered in app. Got to window and asked if I got 12 strips. They said no just 3. Why? I used my bogo chicken strip deal on app!!! Was told their closing and have no more. So basically you didn’t want to for fill my order at 4:30pm and was closing by 5pm. I done call corporate about this lazy people that don’t want to work until closing time and shafts people out of their deals!!! Yes it was winter wonderland outside but still you had 30 mins before 5pm to give me what I ordered! Pour laziness!!!!!!

Workers was very polite and helpful the young red head girl helped me I don’t remember her name but she was amazing, I eat there often and makayla Upchurch is the best I tried to leave a other review but it want let me I give her and the restaurant 10 I give this Restaurant a 5 star love the gravy and biscuits and the service is great.
