Food was quick for the drive through but was a bit cold. Although we went through the drive through and drove about 15 minutes before we were able to eat, a couple of the chalupas were unusually cold. Besides that it was a pleasant visit.

They don’t honor happy hour. Drinks only get a small discount. No outlets to charge your devices. Staff barley speaks English and will walk off if your asking then a question. Food is unfilling and expensive. Have to resign into the wifi every 30mins

The customer service of this Taco Bell restaurant is unacceptable. The young ladie manager not even asked me if I need help. Only guided me to go to the screen to order my food. The technology is ok,…, but is better to offer a good customer service. I am sorry but I was shocked the way I was treated today at this place.

Horrible Taco Bell, literally the WORST I’ve ever been to. Everyone that works here is not only rude but treats the customer like they’re an inconvenience simply for being there at the drive through (with no other cars behind). Sorry you have a job you get paid to do. They are never stocked properly, never have Bell Sauce, never have half their menu, dont serve breakfast (even though they give you free breakfast coupons?) and never have a good attitude. This location is truly deficient in both stock and customer service. Everytime I go here, its a waste of time because they NEVER have any menu item. Whats the point of being part of a chain if you’re menu isnt the standard? Ridiculous. Theres this one lady who works there who right off the batt starts off annoyed or with attitude. I won’t go to this one again, just waste 15 more minutes for the other one. I suggest you do the same and DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

There was an insect in our food we went back through the drive thru & told the employee. he remade the food but me personally why would I want it when there was insects in the one before it. so I asked for a refund on the whole order because we couldn’t even finish our food after seeing that & the customer service was so horrible & the general manager said I could not call anyone to report it because they’re restaurant is franchised if I could put zero stars I would.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell location, I always have a great overall experience. The food is always fresh and hot, and tasty. The service there is always nice. And the environment is not too crazy, loud. And it’s always clean. They just need to keep up the great work.
