The best ice cream in the area! I’d definitely recommend their ‘Bear Batter’, so good! The cookies were amazing, they were a little too rich for me, but the bites I had were delicious, I’d definitely recommend getting the cookie warmed. The staff were very patient and helpful as well! Came to get dessert after celebrating a birthday, and it was the perfect way to end the day! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

My new favorite dessert place! The customer service is wonderful and everything I’ve tried here is delicious! We loved the brownies, but my favorite is 2 chocolate chip cookies with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in between. Cannot get enough of it! Not a ton of room to sit, but a cute place. You’ll need to park on the street or at a garage and walk, but it’s a nice area.

I loved the Baked Bear. The service are so polite and friendly. They made the ice cream sandwich so great. It tastes delicious and chewy. I would definitely come here again. I’m glad I chose it. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with vanilla ice cream, rainbow sprinkles, m&ms, hot fudge, and brownie bites.

Great ice cream sandwiches in the area and an enjoyable place to get a dessert! A lot of cookie, ice cream, and topping options. It’s pretty big and filling. The staff was so nice and offered to let us try the ice cream flavors. They offer indoor seating which is a huge plus!

Available ice cream flavors are also a bit more unique to push you outside your comfort zone and send you on a new experience with your summertime taste buds. Some traditional flavors are even omitted on their own, so be prepared to be bold in your selection.
The line can be fast but long and is cramped once inside the store. Know what you want when you get to the right of the counter or your experience will be rushed by the staff. I got to the register with my guest and they took her order but did not make it before ringing us up because she had to change her order when an ingredient was out. I paid and they had us wait to make her’s while the continued help the next two guests. This was disappointing as my ice cream was melting while o waited for her so we wouldn’t be eating our desserts on our own. There is room for improvement here. Others were shifted to the side the same causing a backup of people paid but not served. But we will still return for the selections.

I absolutely loved this delightful place. Very nice customer service for the first time visiting. The guy allowed me to taste diff flavors of ice cream and gave me how it works. I admit I was a little too excited!! Did two diff flavors of cookies . Omg the best!! Please come to Sterling VA!!!
