Awful service period!!!!!!! I had been coming to the Starbucks for a few years now. And and never have I been treated so poorly! I had asked for my usual green tea frappuccino and two trenta cups of ice and an apple croissant. I was informed.I could no longer get the trenta cups.They could only give me venti cups of so I asked them for 2 more venti cups of ice. They would not give me 2 more venti cups of ice. They also informed me when I asked to speak with the manager that the manager was in a meeting. When all of the girls there would close the drive through window after speaking with me, they would start laughing like they thought my frustration was funny. Then as I was looking at the two cups of ice they had given me, there were pieces of food in the ice. SINCE I WAS THEN GROSSED OUT! I told them I did want any of the items and I wanted my money back. The girl then in a rude tone tells me she can’t take the food back and I hadn’t paid yet. So, I left and had to drive to the location near Telegraph and Square Lake Rd. The manager there apologized for their ignorance at the Maple and Telegraph location and remade my food and drinks and also informed me that at the Maple and Telegraph location, management had changed they are also short staffed and have been having issues. That is Not an excuse to treat your long time customers poorly. Maybe upper management needs to rethink their management and crew choices. You will Not see me here again. I don’t want Food Poisoning!!!!! Gross!!!! You All Truly Deserve Zero Stars!!!!!

Watch your orders!!!! Ordered a grande and a tall specialty coffee. Put the Grande in the Tall sized cup and it was only about 2/3 full! Went back to the counter for the rest of it. Ridiculous for over $12 for two drinks!!! Slow service and it was mid-day.

I do not visit Starbucks any longer due to poor service, quality of drinks and the very slow pace they work at this particular location, but decided to just pop in for a treat for my son. Walked over from the sub shop, piece of paper on the door stating the dining room is closed . Last time I did go to drive through it literally took 20 minutes , and it was not busy , and my order was just a treat . Something is off here .

I’m not sure what goes on here to cause their drive thru to take 30+ minutes, especially when they aren’t even accepting mobile orders. It’s insane. Seems like they need to hire more workers or workers who are better trained to be capable of working WAY more fast and efficiently. This is a Starbucks, if you’re not capable of serving people in a timely manner then close this location.

Everything’s great except the service.
Sunday morning employees are slow and get your orders wrong.
I waited 30 min and once I was at the window they were just laughing and talking no wonder orders don’t come out quick.
And to top it off they made my order wrong she said she would fix it and just got a bigger cup and added more ice no caramel in my coffee.
I love the coming here during the week but Sunday morning never again.

If you see this message avoid the Starbucks at maple and telegraph. I don’t know what goes on inside there. I order then I just sit. I sit in the same spot for 20 minutes before pulling up one car length. This location does not do online orders half of the time, so why is it taking so long. The only people getting coffee are in the drive thru and you guys take 30 plus minutes every-time. It’s honestly ridiculous. I see videos of Starbucks employees going on strike but this location is on strike and they still getting paid. Avoid this place and don’t waste ur money here cause all they will do is waste your time and trust me they do not care. If the owner sees this message I would like you to go sit in this Starbucks for a day and watch the productivity or your staff. You could probably do more alone and blindfolded. Get your crap together Starbucks cause these employees are losing you insane amounts of money, they don’t work.

What a downer place! Energy is low-lots of customers waiting-not saying names when your order is ready-drink had melted ice because it took so long-staff didn’t even put them by the proper letter (example: Thomas would be by A)-stopped in due to national coffee day, but this place makes you go to tea elsewhere!

Hello I believe her name was Jen (I hope I remember her name) but either way she was amazing I came here about 6:10am on my way to work and stopped here to get something to wake me up from entering the drive through to going up to the window she was so friendly and not going to lie I been in my head all morning and her being so kind made my morning so thank you to her and the rest of the staff you guys were truly a delight to talk to for the little bit of time
