Several of the stalls do not work and no one has put a sign up, so there is a lot of maneuvering from one stall to another in a tight parking lot before being able to order. This Sonic is very popular and often busy. Regardless of the time of day, it takes a hot minute to get someone to take your order, but usually, it’s not too bad of a wait. Carhops are always nice. On this visit, it took more than 15 minutes to place an order for 2 large fountain drinks. It took 10 more to get them delivered. This is the longest I’ve ever waited for drinks, even when ordering 5 or more. I will visit again, but I won’t wait that long to place an order again.

If they would cook up on each order it would be better than reaching in a steam table filled with hot water and throw your all ready water logged burger on the grill. Plus people don’t like their change kept. Remember we are the customers we decide if we want to tip or not. We don’t need your carhops deciding for us

Closes ~15 minutes earlier than posted time repeatedly. If it’s an issue to take orders until 10pm, I’d post that you close at 9:45. Any other time I go, the experience is just as it’s supposed to be: Very responsive and on high average, correct order. But going within 20 minutes of closing, you may risk sitting there for 15 with the red button on until they tell you there’s only 5 minutes left. I’ve been there with red button on for 10+ minutes and the lights turn off on us in the past. Everything about this place is great except near closing. I know the atmosphere near closing time is tense, but it’s turning away local people who frequent the restaurant.

Loved in Columbia my whole life…. This use to be a place where you didn’t have to check your bag before you drove off because they always got it right. Definitely not the same anymore. 5 piece chicken strip dinner, only 3 in there. The white gravy was basically water. Asked for limes in my water… got lemons. And these people want 15 dollars and hour and can’t provide basic fast food correctly.

Csrhops are more efficient with their speed; but their people skills are low. 2/5 of them I usually get, are great though. The others, not so much. It’s like they just want to throw your food in the car, and some have a bad attitude. I’ve came to the point of just saying “you don’t have to read it” just so they can go away; however for my 2 carhops I love seeing their outgoing customer interaction; I always try to tip them $5 to $10 when I have the cash on me.

All of my food has been great from here. I love the deals that save us money! It can get a bit pricey but overall a great value. Everything is delicious whether you are just wanting a quick drink or a quick bite they are sure to deliver with a smile and great attitude. I do miss cheddar bites and ham,egg, and cheese toastersthough so if you’re looking for those… can’t find them here but they still have other toasters and cheddar peppers so you can’t still get a great meal with friendly , fast service 🙂

Pleasantly surprised by the swift and friendly service. My food was exactly as I ordered. The server was genuinely warm, friendly, and respectful and it was refreshing to encounter – something I’ve rarely seen since I left CA.
Next time we’re driving through, we’ll be sure to stop at this Sonic!
