Desiree at Dave & Buster’s was absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She kept our drinks full, our food came out hot and exactly right, and she checked on us often without ever being overbearing.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism, even with a busy floor. She handled everything with a smile and made our visit so much more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her customers.

First time at Dave & Busters, and I loved it! Desiree was awesome! She was serving a big group, and worked very efficiently and was incredibly kind. Her and the other servers were very respectful and hard working. The food was INCREDIBLE. I got the Ultimate Mac & Cheese and it was very good. We always enjoy coming here to grab food and play some games. Today we stopped by for lunch and spent the afternoon playing, and it was another great experience.

Ky was absolutely amazing! I have never had a server that was nice and friendly. He made sure my family and I had a great time! We came to watch the Dolphin game. He put it on the big screen and 2 smaller TVs. He made sure we always had drinks and got us our food fast. The food was super delicious! Ky recommend the 90 minute cards so our children had a blast while their dad watched the game. He is seriously one of a kind! If I could give him 100 stars I would!

We went here today and it was very busy. My husband ordered shrimp Cajun pasta without sausage. When the food came out the pasta still had sausage in it. We waited for about an hour before my husband could get the correct meal. When the shrimp pasta came back out there was a piece of meat in it. How it got there, I do not know. My son ordered the rib-eye meal. The ribeye was charred and when he started eating the mashed potatoes he realized he was chewing on something that was a different texture and spit it out in a napkin. When I started digging through the mashed potatoes there was macaroni in it. I’m not sure who is doing quality control on the food that’s going out to customers but this was not a good experience for us. We told the waiter and she was very apologetic and so was the manager. Overall customer service was great (thank you Desiree) but the food was not so good. The manager did however comp the pasta meal and we appreciated that. We paid our bill and still gave a tip because we got great service, however I’m not sure that we’d eat here during busy times again.

Went to D&B to enjoy AEW’s Forbidden Door 2025. Brayden took great care of me the 4 1/2 hours during the show!!! The host got the ginormous TV tuned in & volume turned up. So, I didn’t miss a thing! The food was spot on: Fries GPT (garlic-y & hot) & side salad (with both green & red onions added, ‘cuz we’re to eat a colorful array of veggies, ya know). As a pescaterian there’s not much to choose, the kitchen made them very goodly!!! As a veteran, it was spectacular to get a discount from the establishment, too! Brayden checked on me often throughout the afternoon, knowing I was staying for the entire event, kept my drinks fresh, ensured my booth was ‘safe’ whilst I stepped away. I was never vexed, uncomfortable nor wanting. Brayden made it a groovy time. I will definitely be going back to D&B’s for more AEW PLEs and for entertainment. Plus, I highly appreciate and recommend Brayden for his attentiveness and thoroughly terrific job he performed!!! Thanks, Brayden & Dave & Busters! Y’all are stupendous! 5stars, man!!!

We brought our kids here for a birthday and ended up spending $466. That alone set the bar pretty high for basic competence and honesty.
Our server was fantastic. He was attentive, kind, immediately helped us move to a larger table, and overall handled a chaotic group of kids really well. That part deserves credit.
Unfortunately, everything else fell apart.
Our food order was wrong. We were given bone-in lemon pepper wings instead of boneless. When we asked for the correct order, we were charged again for replacement wings and fries we didn’t even want. I didn’t argue because I was juggling five impatient kids and just wanted to get through the night. Still, charging customers for your kitchen’s mistake is not acceptable.
The worst part of the experience was the prize counter. The employee working there was extremely rude the entire time. Short, dismissive, openly irritated, and made what should have been a fun moment for the kids miserable. I had to actively keep myself composed. We had over 12,000 tickets across 6 cards for the younger kids. When we finished, he told us we had 3,916 tickets remaining. After getting home and scanning the cards, we only had 735 tickets left. That is not a small discrepancy. That’s thousands of tickets missing.
So after spending nearly $500…. I can’t say it was worth it. Dealing with incorrect food charges, being treated rudely, and shorted tickets with no way to address it because we didn’t realize until we got home… I’ll just go to main event next time.

Wife and kids decided it was finally time to try this place out. We were sat immediately on a Saturday and our waitress was very friendly. The food came out quick and it was pretty good. Not a single complaint from a full table of people.
We enjoyed some games after we ate. All the games were functional and it was not very busy. The gift shop leaves something’s to be desired. That’s the only complaint. Overall we will return in the near future.

Had my son’s 13th birthday here last month. Service was amazing, my server Nick was beyond helpful and made everything less stressful. Everyone we encountered was so nice and pleasant, would definitely recommend for small parties!! Thank you Dave and Buster’s for making my son’s birthday so memorable ❤️
