They forgot my cheese in my meat lover melt?? Like how do you forget the most basic ingredient?? I also spent like 16 bucks. The boneless wings were also not fully coated..they need better workers.

I wish I was allowed to rate zero stars but unfortunately google wont allow me. When we ordered delivery tonight the estimated delivery time was around 8:29 pm. When it became 9:00 pm, I called Pizza Hut and they said that the driver had just left at 8:30. We only live at most 10 minutes away from this location, not even that so we were still upset but decided to wait because they said the driver should arrive soon. The driver didn’t arrive until 9:40 pm!! Over an hour later!! Everything was cold and we were very upset. If it takes over an hour to get to our house which is barely 10 minutes away I can’t imagine what it would be like for someone else who lives further. It also didn’t help that they barely put any sauce and cheese on the pizza when we asked for extra of both. It was basically just meat and bread. Horrible!

My “hand-toss” pizza. Tried calling and asking if we possibly got the wrong order since we were missing dips, and this was as flat as a piece of paper. Explained that, but was told it was ours ♀️. Despite that – still tasted really good and was a fast delivery! But yeah, make sure to check your order before the delivery person leaves…

The food is great, but customer service needs a little work. Every time you go in to pick up an order, the staff just walk around looking at one until one of them decides to help. It would be understandable if they were busy, but they’re usually not.
