Order the loaded Italian sub for the first time, very disappointed! Just a cold, soggy, piled up mess. Won’t order again. My mistake thinking it was a hot sandwich since the first part of the description describes a toasted sub. I don’t eat cold sandwiches at home.

*update: thought I’d give them another try today, worse service than last time. After standing I was the store for 5 minutes alone, asking if anyone was back there, I left. Found 3 employees standing out back smoking in the rain.
Sorry I delayed your smoke break. The look of disgust on the staffs face when I walked in was palatable. This was 2 hours before they close and only 1 other person in the store. Staff interactions were short and abrupt. When my food came out, I got a snide “there ya go.” I kept having too fend off the fruitflies while I ate. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is the fact that the food was better than other Arby’s stores.

Food was awful. The Buffalo chicken sandwich my husband got was undercooked and rubbery. My gyro was thrown into the bag spilling out, the turkey was not weighed it was way too much falling out as well, very little sauce, and the pita bread broke into pieces because it was cold and hard, not heated up and most likely just left out. We will not be back.

This is our go to place for fish, but tonight we had the worst fish sandwich we’ve ever gotten there. It was flat, dry and crusty on the ends. It was either cooked too long or leftover from lunch. Gross. Hope we don’t get sick

Went to Arby’s today ordered two chicken ranch wraps and a six-piece mozzarella stick, they told me they were waiting 2 minutes on chicken and to pull forward which I happily did I’m waiting for my food to come out, what was it supposed to be 2 minutes turned into five minutes, then once I got the bag my mozzarella sticks that I ordered wasn’t even in the bag so I had to park and go back in to get my mozzarella sticks got back to work to eat my lunch and they didn’t even make me my chicken ranch wraps they put barbecue instead of ranch.
