POV: You walk into The Rind and instantly get why I’m obsessed.

The food? Comforting in a ‘fix-my-whole-life’ way.
The service? Immaculate. Everyone here is so down to earth it feels like my second home.

Wine Wednesday? Yeah… that’s my Roman Empire now.
The mac and cheese? Actually illegal how good it is.
The charcuterie boards? Curated like a Pinterest mood board.
And the cheesy potatoes??? BABE. Life-changing.

AND YES — I added my @tinashotchili
on top to make the dish a certified BANGER. Because obviously.

Just go. Trust me. Your soul and your stomach will be seated AND blessed.

The white cheddar grilled cheese and tomato soup were delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely but, our server was super rude and half of the menu was unavailable. It took over thirty minutes for us to get our food (after ordering) despite it being dead inside and I had to walk over to the register to finally close out. Based on my exp. I probably won’t come back again unless its take-out

Everything we got was amazing, if a little expensive. I got the lobster mac and a rosé, and split creme brulee with my wife. Everything was to die for!
The servers were friendly and informative. The restaurant had great vibes and the service was pretty fast!

The Rind is a cheese lover’s dream! I tried the T-Brie D, and it’s hands-down the BEST grilled cheese I’ve ever had. The cheesy potatoes? Incredible—creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. ✨

The hospitality was top-notch; the team made me feel right at home. ❤️ I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. If you love cheese and wine, The Rind is a must-visit!

This place is a dream from the ambiance to the service. Everything was of the utmost enjoyment to our charcuterie board. It was fantastic. The way all the flavors danced across our palette, the wine and beer pairing were flawless. It actually made me want to order more just to see what else blended with our drinks. It was a culinary adventure that i would wish to take again. If you truly into charcuterie or just a relaxing evening out. Please give this place a try you cannot go wrong i promise you that.

This cute little spot in Midtown has delicious food options (fancy Mac and cheeses, salads, sandwiches, charcuterie boards) with a unique wine selection and cocktail/beer options as well. There are even vegan friendly cheese options! It has great music and plenty of bar seating, as well is indoor and outdoor patio seating. I was thrilled to find a spot so laid back with great music on a Thursday.

A must visit when in Midtown! The T-Brie-D sandwich is amazing. Do not share! You will want your own.

We paired it with a Greek salad which was delicious. Just the right amount of veggies and feta and the peppers added some lovely zing.

Jimmy was incredibly helpful and delightful in supporting our decisions and making suggestions.

I had a glass of the Albariño which was tasty. My husband had the non alcoholic beer which was good and not one of his usuals which he liked.

I am looking forward to traveling back through Sacramento to stop at The Rind to check out more of their menu but if I am going to be completely honest, I’m having the T-Brie-D sandwich again because it was perfect!

Good food and great options for beer etc, expensive though, 20$ for a grilled cheese and a little bit of Prosciutto. Sandwich was very salty but good, ask for the side dressings for the greens, I got vinaigrette and it was really good.
The cider beer was strong and something to get used to for sure and for 12$ seemed over priced.
My meal came out to about 33$ for one beer and a grilled cheese.

Was a good experience with friendly staff though.
I really liked the like history of beer poster in the bathroom, that was pretty cool
Also they don’t split your bill so keep that in mind.

First time in Sacramento and stumbled upon this place. We went for some drinks, but wish we hadn’t eaten beforehand because they boast an amazing food menu. They offer curated cheese boards with artisan cheeses from around the country and world with flavor descriptions.
They also offer other cheese related dishes like fondue, Raclette on certain knights, and grilled cheese sandwiches, Mac n cheese, etc. They offer a lot of gluten free options.

The wine list was interesting and well priced. The staff was super cool, it was fun getting to chat with them, it was just a great overall atmosphere and cozy vibe. Can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town.

I love their selection of cheese and board placing. The outdoor seating is a great spot and the service is good. I like that they let you choose cuts of cheese to go, 4oz minimum. Maybe more expensive than going to a whole foods or nugget but it’s a nice experience. They’ll shape the taste around what you give them too if you don’t know what you want.
