Quick service, good sized portions, and the food was the best I’ve had in the area by far. We got the mu shu pork, beef and cashew, and crab rangoon. You could actually taste crab, probably imitation but still delicious. The hoison sauce was incredible and complex. All the veggies were fresh and cooked to perfection. They traded out the chicken for beef and it was melt in your mouth. Everything was a tad saltier than I like, but it was only noticed right before I was done so still solidly in the acceptable range. The prices are comparable with other places like this, but portions are definitely two meals per meal in my opinion. Staff was polite, accommodating, and prompt. I didn’t rate the atmosphere because it’s a pick up and dine elsewhere establishment and the atmosphere isn’t important. They did have labubu and these cute little collectible figurines for sale.

The food to me is very, very good.
Taste doesn’t change by different cooks, it’s consistent which is a pleasant rarity.
The atmosphere is confusing, press on nail vending machine (unappetizing to think about press on nails and food at the same time) and a shelf of dolls and tables pushed to the side with the chairs on top of them and you’re not allowed to dine in? It Doesn’t seem to affect the traffic of people buying food there though. And closed on Monday’s ☹️

Nope. Left a nice tip the dide didn’t even say thanks. Came on recommendation as I love Chinese food. Chicken fried rice as basic as it gets. Spring rolls yuck. Egg roll mushy. Beef n broccoli was ok. Won’t go back.

The food is always amazing! They are pretty fast preparing your food. The atmosphere lacks a bit but they are a counter service establishment. Definitely worth a try!!

It’s good when you’re in a hurry. Some of the prices went up dramatically. For a take out, it’s good, but again, it’s not worth the prices they’re charging. I know a lot has gone up in price, but for what we order, it’s ridiculous.

note to self. they tell you the wrong portions and give you a small portions. my whole tray full of rice even the half that was supposed to be chicken with extra sauce the crab rangoons so nasty and bland from what I remember my last experience I’m never coming back. debating if I should hold on to it and return it tomorrow is that nasty I can’t even eat it

Honestly I have no idea how this place is open….our food was terrible/inedible the soup is trash the fortune cookies are beyond stale actually its the only fortune cookie ive ever had that I refuse to eat because how bad it is like what….the hell is going on here? Please do your self a favor and do not waste your money here….

Been ordering from China Star several years. This last take out was very disappointing. Food was very bland with not much taste as normal. Had Mongolian Beef and Generals Tso Chicken. Will still give another chance since most others in the area are not good.
