Best way to describe this place… BUSY. Lines at the counter. Multiple lines at the drive thru. Some how we got our food in a reasonable time. For a fast food breakfast, Biscuitville is a good choice. The parking lot at this Biscuitville seems a little cramped.

Today, Biscuitville at 3735 Battleground provided an enjoyable breakfast. The bacon and sausage breakfast platters were satisfying, and the eggs were well-prepared. The Southern Philly Spicy Chicken Biscuit was an interesting twist, but the flavor leaned a bit bland for my taste. Still, it’s worth a try if you’re curious. The staff were polite and efficient, rounding out the positive experience.

There was a mistake in my order so I told them to correct it I’ll pay the difference not a problem the lady at the counter would not take the time and I guess got another person to handle it she came over looked up at the order and looked at me and basically swung the bag in my car and told me to go I ask for the Manager and she rolled her eyes and said go I am the manager ask for her name she would not give it. The sad thing iis I been a customer at the other location and this one for over 30 years and got treated like this

The employee at the drive through did not speak to me at all as she handed me my order. She just held it out the window and continued her conversation with the employee at the register at the indoor counter.
Did not even say here is your food or anything. Just stuck the food and drinks out the window without looking or even smiling at me.

We went for breakfast last Sunday and I ordered a pork chop with American cheese on a biscuit, fries and Cheerwine. The young lady who took my order was most cheerful and was very nice. I hope they keep her for as long as they can!
My food was fresh and good UNTIL I got to the middle of the sandwich. It wasn’t cooked all the way through and by the time I got to it, we were on another side of Greensboro-we ordered from the Battleground location. I called almost immediately (it took some time to google the location as it’s not on the receipt ). I spoke to Victoria and she said to ask for her when I returned and she’d take care of me. Very customer-centric!
I was leaving to come back home so I stopped back in on the way to the airport and I again was extremely impressed with the high level of customer service this establishment provides. I showed my receipt and briefly explained my situation and at least two team members were eager to assist me.
I advised them of my order and in my haste, I didn’t check my sandwich in store-the forgot my cheese.
Although this was a shaky encounter, I will most definitely be back as the service and food (when rectified) was superb.

You have to stop if you see the sign for this delicious breakfast until 2pm place!! We wish there was one closer! We travel and always take a route that passes one, I bet they have your favorite breakfast! The lady taking orders was like having your loving mom or grandma take care of you all while listening to the biscuit maker singing while working! Love this location!! ❤️❤️❤️

We stopped in for breakfast and were warmly greeted. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner and it was a great experience. I recommend the cold cinnamon vanilla latte, it was delicious!
