Not my best experience at a Texas Roadhouse. I sort of felt not welcome. Both the Hostess and the guy that took us to our table barely spoke, didnt welcome us and the guy was super informal. Not even because we had children… Our waitress, which was starting her first day, I have to say was amazing.
Food was ok, Steak was a bit tough and road kill didnt look appetizing. Green Beans were horrible. Food took a long time and place wasnt full at all. I think Ill return to Longhorns when in the area, too bad.

First of all, the bread was not fully cooked as the picture below. I feel like 99% of the people that eats here love their bread because its good and 90% of the time i agree except today! Every time we eat at texas we always get the same exact thing: 12 oz ribeye well done no pink. The steak they gave us feels more of like new york steak than ribeye because it has no fats and the cut was too thick. The waiters keep forgetting us like we understand she has other customers but that was just too long. My husband’s mom was a waitress and because of that we ALWAYS GIVE TIPS but today we are that disappointed that we didn’t give a single cents.

So last night I went here for the first time and it was so awesome. Steven was our waiter and he was so awesome.
The manager came by checked on us and there was other waitresses and waiters who had nothing to do with us but they still as they were walking by asked if we needed anything.
I think it is so awesome that they kind of also put on a show they were dancing and then they did something with a horse saddle I mean I just had the most awesome first visit.
I ordered the herb chicken, it was sauteed with onions and mushrooms along with some corn broccoli and I got an onion blossom and I couldn’t even eat it all because they give you so much so I brought it home and shared it with my friend.
If you’re a vegetarian they also have so many things on the menu just for you.
I’m so impressed with this place and I will definitely be going back again if I ever go to Palm Bay.

I came with my cousin to try out the steaks as he is not from the u.s. we got the big 23 Oz t-bone steaks, I got medium, he got medium well, we waited for our steaks and when we got them mine looked rare and his looked medium rare, since we were hungry however from working all day, we ended up eating them. I had also gotten Mac and cheese as my side with the steak, the cheese had grains and tasted like it was powdered cheese with water added, and some of my macaroni noodles were hard. We finished our food and waited for our waiter, it took at least five minutes before we got the attention of a different staff member, asked for the check, when we went to pay, our bill was ~$88.50 so we gave the waiter $90, the waiter asked where the tip was, we said it was there, he said “only a dollar-fifty? For a bill like this 20% is like $16” we couldn’t find this guy when we wanted our check, he didn’t even serve us our food, he didn’t even give us cooked enough food, and he was complaining that we barely gave him a tip? It’s safe to say we won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit to your Palm Bay location at 1181 Malabar Road.
I arrived with a party of 14 guests and was informed that we could not be added to the waitlist until every person in our party was physically present. This was communicated despite the fact that the restaurant already had a very long wait time. Eventually, a staff member came outside to perform a headcount to confirm that everyone had arrived before placing us on the list.
Unfortunately, this process created unnecessary frustration for both guests and staff. The situation appeared to overwhelm the host stand, which led to visible tension and negative attitudes from the hostesses—not just toward our group, but toward other guests as well. This seems less like a staff issue and more like a process and management issue that needs attention.
I believe the check-in and reservation system could be improved to reduce stress on your front-of-house team and create a better experience for guests, especially during peak hours and with larger parties.
That said, I do want to note that the food at this location is consistently very good, which is why we continue to visit. My hope is that this feedback helps improve operations so the overall experience matches the quality of the food.

I’m all for staff messing around and having a good time, the seemingly mandatory dancing to certain songs is a bit much especially when people are trying to navigate the walkways. The music was extremely loud at points and quiet at other points so it was a little hard to hear the people at your table and have a full conversation without raising your voice, but this i think likely changes day to day. But all in all the food is very filling and the taste is good and our server was very kind and she kept up with our drinks and made us feel welcomed and at home. It’s definitely not our last time going here, that’s for sure.

Angelina was our server she was fantastic. We had group of 7 people very loud and demanding. She just laughed with us. The gentleman who sat us was very professional. We had 2 managers that checked on us. Only complaint was the sweet potato was not cooked all the way and was not as loaded as we are used too. All the other 6 meals were good. Had a birthday person and they brought the saddle and sang happy birthday.

Some food is great but often the to go orders are missing an item. I often throw out the steak dinners due to be grossly undercooked. Here is an example of a steak ordered WELL DONE…..it was practically bleeding. If I wanted to cook it at home , I would order from Publix. This is a trend at this location.

Food is always delicious! Our favorite restaurant. We eat inside sometimes and other times order ahead and take out. Employees are always friendly & professional. It’s a very organized restaurant.
