I was very impressed with this restaurant. Had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Which wasn’t too bad. But the service was good the atmosphere was good and the food was very good. Highly recommend this place

The food was delicious with friendly service. I will be going back. I wish they would put more than one napkin on the table for each person without having to ask for more. I really enjoyed the chips and sauce.

Typically, I would give this Spanish Inn a FIVE STAR RATING! Drove over from Midland on Monday after viewing their website that stated they were open!
Hours of operation on website says;
Open Mondays
11am to 2pm
5pm to 9pm
Pull up to restaurant, two vehicles in front of restaurant. Rattle the door, old man opens the door and says; we are not open on Mondays anymore. WE CAN’T FIND GOOD HELP!

THEN FIX YOUR WEBSITE!

This is my favorite place to eat in Big Spring. However, it’s really irritating to drive 45 minutes to go eat, and they are closed, when the website says: OPEN!

Mediocre at best. Runny beans, no taste to anything. Chili rellenos no spice couldn’t taste the pepper, it was like they dumped white gravy on it with no taste. Rice was baked to crunchy. Very disappointing and cost a lot. And obviously have no idea what a sopapilla is. Over fried and crunchy like a taco. Gross
Thinking twice before I go back. So sad to as they used to be good

Dropped in for lunch and had great service and the food was pretty good too! Salsa was a bit watery, but tasteful. Chips were good and hot. The sopapilla dish was a bit heavy on the breading, but lots of meat and toppings. The chile relleno dish was really good, it outshined the enchilada served with it. The taco was good and the guacamole tostada was really good too. Overall, would recommend!

Service was prompt. Courteous and timely. Food was good to okay. Had the gentleman plate. Did not care for the beef enchilada at all. The taco meat was not good. The taco (hard) shell was Stale. The tamale was really good. The salsa was thin but flavorful and spicy.

First time we’ve ever been here, the waitress was awesome and the service was great. The food was really good also, they had a lot of different items on the menu.

I didn’t feel well so I got my food to go. The restaurant was a full house while I waited. Apparently very popular! Also quite loud with so many talking. Beans & rice added to an entree was $3.00 which surprised me. The staff was very busy as you might imagine.

Sign said “Home of the Green Chile Enchiladas” and upon ordering their famous Green Chile Enchiladas I was served a delicious LOOKING plate but they tasted like I was eating a microwave TV dinner! So disappointed the 3 star rating was based on the friendly waitstaff
