The whole place has gone downhill I remember on the beginning it was soo good the food from all this time I wanted to try it again to see if the quality was there but it was NOT huge disappointment on everything food and quality of service those employees only chit chat AND GET BOTHERED when getting interrupted like if you don’t like your job why be there if your miserable just saying they give you shitty attitude at ordering and the food was shit my chili cheese fires had more floating with oil than cheese or fires and not good in flavor coming from the meat never coming back should wasted my money somewhere else.

Came in to try the French toast and breakfast burrito. The French toast was pretty good, and the breakfast burrito was even better. The prices are also really good so I have no complaints there.
I would have rated it five stars if the service was better. The cashier and other lady working there weren’t the nicest people in the restaurant that day, but they weren’t bad either.
Overall, I still highly recommend this spot to you!

Decided to try this place for the first time for breakfast I got the bacon breakfast Burrito it comes with eggs hash and ham and my daughter had the bacon breakfast sandwich and we shared the Zucchini. The food was great, I would like to go back and try lunch now.

I just called the store and spoke to an employee regarding this matter. This is unacceptable the plastic materio is too big for the cook not to noticed. They should have a manager at all time. We are paying high prices for good food. The employees needed training.

They have daily specials, like $6.99 Burger Combo on Mondays and Teriyaki Bowl on Tuesdays, which are great. The food is great and there are lots of options. The Burger Combo Family Pack has a great price and saves you some money on getting 4 combos. The place is very clean and never full, so you always have a place to sit. It is limited in seating if it does get full.
The rewards program the offer seems to be a problem. Employees don’t understand the rewards program and must rely on manager who might or might not be there on certain days or times. When trying to use rewards that offer discounts, they seem to not work well, and you end up paying full price instead of getting a discount that is offered in the rewards program on your purchases.

Get ready to pay $27 for 3 burgers. Maybe it was just my luck but the coke was watered down and the fries were hard not crunchy but hard big difference. The burger was big however it consisted of mostly lettuce. You can see in the picture. The flavor of the burger was ok just enough to pass as a good burger. Over all this is not Charlie’s best
