Do Not Order From This Place. Order from Barrio or Condados. You 100% will not get your food. You will 100% not get your money back. They are disrespectful over the phone and already know what you’re going to ask for and hang up on you. I ordered from my hotel while on shift and the order never came. I got a random call from a doordasher when I ordered from menufy and he said they were also being mad disrespectful saying someone had already picked it up and walking away. They will say you will get a refund and hang up in the morning. Report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and have this waste of a location removed. 0 STARS. 0 Out of 10 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I will never give this location any recommendations as a front desk agent I will actually go out of my way to make sure I can steer people away from this location as a front desk agent. nobody deserves this.

My partner and I decided to order some DoorDash for late night dinner and came across MexiTaco. I was skeptical at first because I know some ghost kitchen type restaurants can be hit or miss, but I’m proud to say they exceeded my expectations. The Birria Pizza automatically caught my attention, as I have been on the search for the best Birria in Cleveland. We decided to keep it simple for our first time eating here and I instantly regret not ordering more food or finding this place sooner. The meat was perfectly tender and seasoned well, the taco was extra cheesy and the consommé had a perfect balance of spices. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and look forward to ordering from here again soon.

Mexitaco is housed inside the Carnegie Food Hub.
There is ample parking on the west side of the building. You can either order from the kiosks or make your order online on their website. Once again, this place is completely cashless. After you place your order, you will receive a text message confirming your order and an estimated wait time to receive your food. Once your food is ready, you will receive a text message telling you which locker your food is in. Once you are in front of the lockers on site, you click the link in your text message and the door to your locker pops open! So cool!
Today, I ordered my food in the lobby and just sat and waited on the bench for about 15 minutes while my food was being prepared. Next time, I’ll be ordering online to save some time!

– QUESABIRRIA TACOS – the meat inside the taco was delicious but I did not care for the tortilla or the overall flavor. Blue Habanero still has my favorite Quesabirria tacos here in CleveIand. With that said, I would like to give Mexitaco another try and order something different.

Me and my bf placed an order through door dash and when the dasher got there they said they sent off our order already. I called and spoke with a lady who was very unprofessional and didn’t even address the business name and answered the phone with a “Hello”. I asked about my order that was placed and told me in around about way that I couldn’t call about my order the dasher had to call. I was shocked and in disbelief. Not only that you don’t know who you have my food too. I had nothing but problems with this order and they did nothing about it. Spending $71.22 is not nothing to play about. Highly dissatisfied with this place and will never return!!!

So ordering through doordash, it is ridiculous!! They take AN HR TO 2 HRS to even get it ready, and even after that they didnt deliver. Tried calling this restaurant and no answer!! You guys seriously suck!! Working at a hospital and having to wait 2 hrs to take ur break only to have them take ur money QUICKLY and not deliver is CRAZY!!

It was a machine taking orders. Felt impersonal. Then the tacos are burn. I’m not Mexican but I can do better than this. And only one dipping sauce for a whole pizza, no. The meat was a little dry and no seasoning. Put altogether it’s okay almost that I can not be lazy in cook at home. Seriously, My tacos are more flavorful

Wife and I both were beyond disappointed with the food. It has no “Atmosphere” for it’s a walk in and order to-go on your phone. Then they prepare your food behind the walls where nothing is observable place your food in a lock box that sends you a code when it’s ready. They don’t pay attention to the order details. Our meals were both cold, lacking flavor, and my chicken was rock solid and inedible. Extreme disappointment being from put of town and looking for something late night. This place is definitely a place to avoid blowing your money!

Doordashed from here. They waited until my dasher got there too make the order. my dasher waited for 45 minutes just to be told they already handed my order out then wouldnt remake the order. i called them about the issue and they eventually hung up on me giving me no solution saying it was doordashes fault.
