DO NOT EAT HERE I GOT FOOD POISONING AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DON’T COOK YOU FRESH FOOD THEY NEED TO HAVE AN INSPECTION ON THEIR NIGHT SHIFT! THEY ALSO NEVER HAVE OUR ORDER RIGHT AND THE PARTYING THEY DO AT NIGHT SHOULDNT HAPPEN ITS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Swearing while you take a drive thru order is unacceptable and if yall put that energy into making sure your customers orders were fresh and correct you probably wouldn’t have such a shitty rating on google! Absolutely disgusting place to eat!

I ordered the loml a meal and she didn’t get a freakin straw for caramel frappe. Nobody lives out here in Wisconsin how are we forgetting a straw for one of the 10 orders yall get a day. I am booking a flight next week to have a sit down with the manager. You tell me, how does she drink her drink without a straw???????????. Horrible restaurant but I’ll order again because it’s the only one within a 900 mile radius. Do better.

Not a great experience. I ordered 2 quarter pounder cheese meals with nothing on them except Mac sauce, and everything came on them. No Mac sauce either. I asked for 2 Large drinks to go in the meals and got 2 mediums instead. I was also charged for 2 large meals. One of the drinks was completely the wrong soda as well. This stuff has happened to me several times in the past few months at this location. The employees were nice, but I was almost charged for a 3rd sandwich I didn’t even ask for.

Absolute worst McDonald’s ever. Horrible food, always cold and stale. Takes MINIMUM 10 minutes to get your food. Staff looks dirty and they almost never get an order right. The only reason this store stays open is because it’s the only fast food place in Nekoosa. It’s worth driving to rapids to eat because wow. Absolutely horrible.

The service here was much faster than most of my McDonalds experiences. Mariah was professional and had a great attitude. Store was clean and food was fresh with the exception of fries that seemed like they had sat a bit and distinctly taste like fish. It was not the expectation I had of fries at any McDonald’s. Minus the delema with the fires, this visit made my day. I was very pleased to be in and out with fresh food within minutes. Keep up the good work

Employees do a good job, just not a welcoming location with very minimal seating, I wouldn’t eat inside here, however most times that I have taken food to go here, it’s usually been pretty good and consistent

The food needed 2 be cooked better & with love. Cook it how you would eat it, cuz if you wouldn’t eat it then why would you serve it. Also waited for service & there was no indoor seating only the outside tables were empty so we had to eat outside, and needs more parking spots.
