bro food was absolutely delicious!! I love the big angus burgers they are the best:). The best thing to get is chocolate cake! I dined In and the dine was superior and very clean! The workers are great as soon as someone finishes their meal they asked me if i would like for my trash to he thrown and cleaned the table ready for more customers.

I went into the Carl’s Jr on Mooney Blvd today and had such great service by an employee named Angela. She showed me how to down load the Carl’s Jr app and I sure appreciated her customer service! PRICES HAVE GONE UP EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE BUT SERVICE AND QUALITY AROUND HERE IN T.C. HAS SHARPLY DECLINED AND NOT JUST THIS STORE, ALL OF THEM. PEACE OUT CJ, WON’T BE EATING THERE ANYMORE.
Ordered 2 hand breaded chicken sandwich medium combos, total of $34.and change. The patties couldn’t even be seen until we took our bites. I showed and told cashier and cook that they look like you used chicken strips and it doesn’t even look remotely close to what the menu shows. Cook came back at me with “I have no control over what chicken patties we use”. (WOW, rude, not even an apology or if there was something else they could do)
No one else in restaurant and no one in drive thru.
Only reason came here was because the one on Ben Maddox disappointed us with a 20 minute wait time AND messed up our order 2wice over a week ago, so we tried again. Guess what, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Carl’s Jr has always had delicious burgers and chicken sandwiches. Sometimes, put together sloppy but not a big deal. The only problem with these guys is that they are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. You can eat a great burger at a good dine in restaurant for less than what Carl’s Jr is charging.

I just wanted to tell you personally the experience I had here at 3350 S Mooney Blvd. The cleanliness is on point. The restroom was clean and so was the lobby and dinning area. I made an order for a great burger. The hamburger was delicious. The fries were fresh and not stale! I loved it. The atmosphere was amazing, but what really was amazing, the staff. Yvonne and Maria are really kind and respectful. Kindness makes a difference. They don’t judge others. Thank you again for the humbleness!

Update: was contacted by a manager of some kind. Was offered a gift card. Have not received it.. not holding my breath, been offered gift cards for free meals before from other places, never got them.
Dining room was empty, drive thru was empty. My double cheeseburger meal was completely cold. Fries were like they just got warmed up in a microwave, burger was cold also. I havnt been to this location in about 6 months, it used to be great, the employees were friendly, and the food was hot when you got it.
Yeah not going to this location again. $12.82 down the drain.

If I could give more stars to the ladies named Judy and Angela I would be giving them 100s. They bust their butts everytime I come in there. There is always the 2 of them only working the resturant by themselves. Food is quick and made just right. Smiles on their faces when i know for a fact they are stressed out. Very friendly and gosh darn it they keep that place spic and span all while doing dinner rush. Thanks ladies for all you do. I know how hard it is out there and I swear the both you need a very nice raise!!
