Received 1 of our 2 bags. Went back to drive thru to get bag we were missing. Realized when we pulled away we were missing my juice. Went back again. No apology, just handed it over like no big deal. Asked for ketchup, no ketchup in the bag.
Then get back to eat it and missing a straw for the soda. No napkins either. I do not recommend this location at all.

Worst experience I’ve had at a fast food establishment in a long time. The drive-through personnel never took my order after I waited for nine minutes where a line formed behind me almost out of the parking lot and on to Reisterstown rd- so I drove around to the window where I spoke to the manager Linda who was working the second window, who then refused to take my order, telling me that I needed to go back around the building and place my order at the menu/microphone. There is absolutely no reason why she should’ve refused to take my order especially during peak lunchtime hours. I would highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

I went though the drive thru on 2/9/26 the lady taking my order placed the order wrong. I also waited 5 min just to get my order and correct change. I will never stop there again.

Food was ok, somehow fresh and hot. But it took so long the get food. There were homeless people inside the store so I didn’t feel comfortable. I also went to bathroom to wash my hands but it was very dirty and faucet was messed up I had to hold with one hand to make water running. So I wasn’t happy at all. I don’t think I will ever come back that store.

i’ve been coming to this burger king since i was a kid and they always been nice but today my brother and my gf went to go get food and when they came back there was a hair on my chicken sandwich and there was barely any fries and when i tried to call the so called manager was very rude to me saying that i was a lier and that he was going to call the police on me because i was complaining about there being a literal hair on my food and he hung up . i would never come back to this burger king again apart from there staff being overly rude they never have good customer service especially the black “manager” man

This location has some serious issues and should be fixed or shutdown as 24/7
Business is business where it is 2am or 2pm. There were two persons working as i saw and they were talking nasty about late night customers.
When I asked why you guys don’t have unsweetened tea and Guy responded, make a tea at home.
District manager or area manager should take seriously monitor this location.
Burger King has well reputation and this is totally unacceptable and ruined my day.
Fish was too old, onion rings was sogy and I can’t tell anything well, after all this I lost trust to eat what I ordered so I throw them.

First of all, the woman in the Drive-Thru on Thursday the 13th of March in the evening needs some retraining. First she acted like she couldn’t understand what I was saying through the intercom and then said just pull around to the window. I couldn’t tell if she was being flippant or not so I kept my cool. Upon getting to the window she asked me what I was trying to order I explained I would like to substitute the vegetables on the original chicken sandwich for cheese which honestly should be an option she informed me that cheese would be a dollar of charge. I acquiesced and pay the dollar for the cheese and told her I have additional items to order. Wish included a Hershey pie. And four chocolate chip cookies. As well as a medium drink to go with my original chicken sandwich to get the two for five and I wanted my drink to be a mixture of Sprite and fruit punch. She then had me pull up to wait for my order. I had to wait while others were being served. She comes out hands me a bag and drink. I immediately noticed that they drink is not what I ordered because it’s completely clear and I am debating whether or not to make a big deal of it or just keep it. But then when I open the bag I know this is not my order at all, it’s a Big Mac and french fries. Also it had my cookies in there. So I took my cookies out and took the rest of the food got out of my car wish I had to maneuver because I was too close to a railing. I had to walk back to the drive-thru and try to get her attention over a vehicle because the other door was locked and out only. She tried to act like she was bothered when I told her that she gave me the wrong order and she had the nerve to try and tell me I’m just going to have to do something whatever she said and I said no you’re just going to have to get my order right.. then I had to wait until all these customers went through the drive-thru and got served before she could attend to my issue. And she did it with a attitude because I can see her fussing inside. She took my bag without taking the drink. And so I had to honk my horn and another guy came out from the back and I told him about the drink and he apologized and remade my drink. I don’t think I ever got an actual apology from her. She finally gives me my food. She pushed my cold pie in the same bag as my hot stuff. She also puts the french fries in the bag which I never ordered I don’t want you thinking french fries and I hope she didn’t charge me for them but I’ll never know because the receipt she gave me was illegible. So even if I wanted to launch a formal complaint I couldn’t because I can’t read the receipt. Now this took a lot of my time and I didn’t end up getting out of the drive-thru until close to midnight. Smh

I got to interact with Nicole (General Manager) She was great. She has the perfect personality for dealing with the public and running her store. Her employees were great as well, because the food came out quickly. My breakfast was piping hot and perfect to my taste. The store was absolutely clean, tables and chairs were clean. And the bathroom was spotless. I will say as a person who ran a business for many years, the store is definitely on point. Awesome job and I will be coming here again for certain. I would recommend this location to anyone.
