I went here for a couple of the 2 for 7 Ham & Swiss (great deal btw) and they only had enough for 2 sandwiches. The staff let me know asap and offered two replacement sandwiches of any value. The staff members who handled this situation were incredibly polite and apologetic about the situation. Honestly exemplary service.
I come through here semi-regularly and they’re always really good. Tonight’s positive experience was just the cherry on top. If fast food were always like this, it would have a very positive reputation. Kudos!

I write this as I demolish my favorite from Arby’s, their 2 for $7 Ham and Swiss. It’s amazing and I highly recommend it. This Arby’s is always impressing me with just how wonderful they are. Very friendly staff who are professional and kind.

Went through the drive thru because I was on the road and didn’t have time for a sit-down meal. I ordered the 2 for $6.99 deal along with an order of crinkle cut fries. I waited until I got home to eat the sandwiches but consumed the fries while driving. The food was good as it is at most Arby’s. I pretty much always look for an Arby’s if I’m in a hurry and want fast food. Their prices have increased some but not any more than any other fast food joint. Arby’s is still my go-to for food on the run.

I love their buffalo chicken wrap but their burgers need work. You have to ask for them well done or they will be raw. :/ drive-thru workers need customer service training.

They trick you into overcharging for your order. I ordered my food ended up paying double and got my what I ordered but when I tried to ask them to fix it they just hurried me up and said there was nothing they could do. Definitely not going back ever again

Arby’s has gotten on the greed wagon and raised their prices. Shame on them. The regular roast beef shouldn’t cost more than 3.00 tops, for the small amount of sliced beef that comes on it. It’s good, but I sure wish they’d choose to be different, instead of jumping on the greed wagon like Everybody else. If more businesses were run by women, there wouldn’t be so much stupidity and greed out there.
