yesterday my coworker and i order lunch from here and although the food was good, we were not pleased with the service. first they messed up both of our card numbers and called back twice to correct it!the guy who delivered our food was the worst!!he was not friendly at all.he hardly handed us our food, did not say hi upon arrival into our location, and then acted like he didn’t want to answer our question about delivery charges!we just wanted to know how much it was. we wanted to tip the young man but he was so rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered so we didn’t bother tipping!and last i paid extra for fries with my meal and even though it was a small cup which is what i asked for, the cup was hardly even half full!we both decided that we will not be ordering lunch from this grottos again.
