Awful tasteless asada, carnitas was dry and flavorless, guacamole was runny and tasted like it came out of a Costco tub, tortillas were the thick gummy kind that white people buy in bulk. Salsa was decent, food was cold, lady doesn’t write down your order so she forgot half of what we got

only reason for 2 stars was for the young lady who waited on customer, bussed the dishes, assisted the backend of the restaurant and then some all while her right arm freshly fractured and wrapped. She did an amazing job tending to the 15+ consumers. Not sure who is the cook but definitely lack of true flavor from using old grease and ice cream served with freezer burn. definitely feel it has the potential to be great just need to work on the importance of your flavor.

Good food, without the exorbitant pricing at other restaurants in Hatch. Also, soft drinks are not $2+. I like the Mexican influence on the food. My daughter in-law is from Leon, Guanajuato. I always enjoy her cooking. Atmosphere is laidback and dining room is colorful. Service is great. I live in Elephant Butte, NM.

Stopped here during a road trip to Tucson. The tacos were authentic and served with Hatch green chili salsa and were excellent. Good service. Highly recommended.

The menudo was prefect.The best chile relleno I’ve ever had.Salsas were great the barbacoa was excellent.The tripa Gordita was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant. Very clean and great service.

Very dissapointed! Stopped on our way home to Colorado and ordered a plain bean & cheese burrito for my daughter & a costal of Chiles. On I-25 I was going to give my daughter her burrito & it’s was some chile with a mix of who knows what but it was so spicy nobody could eat it AND to top it off once home 800 miles away I opened the chile only to get a horrible smell where they were bad Chiles! ROTTEN! SO angry I’ll NEVER order from this place again!

Hands down, the best gorditas de maiz I’ve had on this side of the border. Ask for the spicy red salsa. It’s the best Hatch has to offer.
